I had just moved to a new condominium, and the quality of the paint job, and beautiful look of the walls is incredibly important to me. As soon as I experienced my consultation, I knew I was in good hands. Jamie never rushed me, or seemed at all irritated or uninterested in all of my requests that were quite detailed. The other thing that impressed me was that the job itself was never rushed, but unbelievable attention was paid to getting the job done exactly as I had described it and imagined it. If I pointed out something that needed extra time, it was immediately taken care of, and Jamie also allowed me to inspect everything to make sure of my satisfaction and delight! Jamie even came back after the movers had finished moving me in to correct damage to the walls and baseboards, leaving me with a truly magnificent job. They were very professional and made honest recommendations in their quote about what really needed to be done (only needed 1 coat for base boards, my ceilings didn't need re-painting = huge saving). They were very accommodating in my last minute colour change and super enthusiastic about the finished project, as was I. The final product looked better than I expected - clean lines, no paint on electrical fixtures and moved necessary appliances to paint behind them. They cleaned up any mess they would've made and swiffered the floors on their way out. I felt I could trust them fully in ensuring them with the keys to my apartment.
