We also had 2 trees taken out in our front yard and we were supposed to have grass seed planted over the areas, they left without doing it, and even after we contacted them about it and they said they would come back and do it, they did not. They also left an alarming amount of wood screws on the ground in our backyard, even knowing full well we have a toddler in the house. The least they could have done was double check they grabbed everything, and actually done all the services we paid them to do.

He disallowed cash payment as he wants to do it the right way, thru e-transfer only. He sent me his email, to be paid now, when the job is still in 2 hrs. This is the first time I requested for a snow service since I'm not feeling well. I sent him a message that I will have to see him doing the service first, before paying. HE STOP RESPONDING, HE NEVER SHOWED UP.
