My daughter accompanied me on the visit. Sherry's compassion impressed her as well. She has taken very good care of some of my family members and came highly recommended. I will definitely refer her and the company to family and friends. Thank you Sherry for taking such good care of me. Fondly, Sandra

I made the mistake of paying in full before I got the proof because I was in the military and wanted to tie up all the loose ends before I left. Big mistake! Every couple of months, I would get an email telling something was wrong. First they lost the picture. I emailed them a new one. Months later, It wasn't a good enough quality, can you send another original. I sent another original. Then months later and after asking several times with no answer; I was snail mailed the proof (not emailed as all of my correspondence was). The proof had MY own name on the headstone and no dates. I immediately and nastily emailed them regarding the crap that I had received. A couple of days later, I received a message stating they had seen the "mistake" too and was getting with that dept. to fix it. After a couple more weeks, I had to again email them and ask where the correction was. Finally ONE FULL YEAR later, and after a dozen excuses, I got the corrected proof. No headstone, but I got a proof now. After which they still had to make it and put it on the grave. You may ask why write this over 3 years later? Well, I am in need of another headstone now and that disgusted feeling immediately came back to me. As I am having to go out of my way to Cincinnati, because I wouldn't use Dodds in Springfield or Xenia again if my life depended on it. Sorry it took so long to warn you.

The ceremony was exactly what we wanted, and included our own words and words of our friends. She gave us a number of drafts so we were able to work with her until it was just how we wanted it. We were nervous about selecting someone we didn't know to officiate our wedding but it turned out amazing. All of our guests loved how personal she made it. I would definitely recommend her to others. It was the highlight of the night!
