When I asked her about this she cancelled my appt. This is the email she sent to me after simply asking for credentials...anyone would do the same when a family member is involved: Hi Michael, I am going to cancel our appointment. Please find someone you can trust that is a better fit for you. I will put more info about my background on my webpage to keep this from happening again so people can search for my license without insulting me directly. Dr. Hrenchir was recommended to us by a vet tech friend. Dr. Hrenchir is kind, compassionate, warm, and competent. My animals are very comfortable with her, and with all of the staff.
