We had already been through several procedures in our state and it made sense to get a second opinion, especially after a recent episode. We decided to come back for the surgery required. They worked with us and our doctors in our state to get the tests done, so the procedure could be done easily. Scheduling was very good. Communication was excellent. They have made this difficult decision far easier . With two offices, it makes this much easier and they offer updated procedures.

Which was great, but at the same time there seemed to be no solution to my issue other than "give it more time". They were backed up on appts and had me wait 40mins due to their lack of time management. Dr. Bowman was very short rushing the appointment. Felt like a complete waste showing up to this office. To top it off The staff also lacked basic courtesy to check in with me. I'm not sure if folks were just having a bad day but jeez what a waste of time.

From the first encounter with the receptionist we liked the office for their warm welcome and smiley faces. Yey! You can tell they have a good working environment, as it showed. The way the staff communicated with the dr and amongst each other, very calm and respectful. My mom was the patient, I am her care taker and advocate. Ultrasound technician was so polite when performing the ultrasound making mom comfortable. David the technician is so soft spoken and compassionate. Dr. Edelman, I am so grateful for finding you. You accommodated my mom in your very busy schedule to make sure she felt better and easing her discomfort. It showed that you care. We appreciate you very much.
