Huge shoutout to the technicians at the Costco Tire Center for their honesty and straightforward…read moreservice. Yesterday, I ran over a metal clip in a parking lot and got a flat tire. I initially had the car towed to America's Tire in Salinas, where I waited two hours only for them to claim the tire had a "double puncture" that couldn't be repaired, trying to push me into an unneeded $200 replacement. Because I originally bought the tires at Costco, I had the car towed over to their tire center to use my road hazard warranty if a replacement was actually necessary. The technicians here inspected it right away and confirmed there was only a single puncture. They patched it without hesitation and got me back on the road. It's rare to find a shop that values honest assessments over an easy upsell. Really appreciate the team here taking care of it the right way.

It has most of the staples/selection of any other Costco but the store itself feels much more disorganized. Perishable items are left in random aisles (I understand this is caused by customers, not staff), and there are some sanitary issues that really need to be addressed. Particularly in the restroom which looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Just look at the dust and grime in the stall. Yuck! Costco continues to provide great value on items but this location needs better management to get it up to the same standards are those in the Bay Area and Monterey, Santa Cruz, etc...

Highly Recommended and appreciated!! 10 / 10 stars!!!!!

The very nice young lady in the flower shop showed me where to go and that I should take pictures of what I wanted prices for and that the lady at the counter would help when I was done looking. So I did just that and when I was ready I headed to the counter where there was a customer being helped so I waited then she finished with customer and I proceeded to walk to counter and the phone rings and she motions to me just a minute. She helps customers on phone. Again I wait. Now she's able to help me and ask me when was my event and I answered and she tells me If it ia possible for you to come back after Mothers Day cause I'm so busy right now! I ask her about a few prices on some flowers cause she also didn't have time to give me all the prices to the pictures I took! I thanked her and walked out. I came from Hollister to check this place out and I was so disappointed on how I was treated. The worst customer service!! I understand that it's a busy time but what's the difference then to later. There's tons of graduations, wedding, baby showers etc all the time!

My only problem I have with it is that I always spend more money than I am planning on spending. My warnings about Costco (in General) is that there are certain brands that may be discontinued in the future. That is a bummer when it happens, but it is just part of Costco. Also, the meat and produce needed to be eaten pretty quickly or it may start to spoil. That is a bit of a problem when you get 5 pounds of grapes! But if I ever get home and realize that I bought something that has a problem, I have always been able to return it with little to no problem. I also appreciate how Costo treats their employees. They treat them well and the employees in turn treat me well!

I have never been treated so rude at a Costco before, definitely reflects leadership.read more

I went with a more expensive option to ensure I would be getting a better product. Unfortunately that was not the case. The flooring provided is some of the worst material I have ever seen. The floors are coming apart, chipping and peeling. This started just a few days after installation and has only gotten worse. The boards are coming apart throughout the home and not in one specific location (no traffic, low traffic and high traffic areas). Tried filing a complaint with BBB but they are not listed and the installer who recommended their products is unresponsive.
