He's very nice, easy to talk to, explains things well, really cares, and has good bedside manner. He is very responsive when I have an issue or a question. The CS app is very easy to use. I can schedule appointments through the app and message him whenever I need. It's also really nice that after I take test, my results usually pop up pretty fast on the app... I love that! The office is very nice and clean. Elvira has always been very nice and helpful. Another Plus is that they validate parking which is great. You can park in the parking structure or if you're lucky you can find parking on the street as well. Thank you Dr Soroushyari for taking great care of us !

I was 15 minutes late to an annual check up because there are two buildings that look identical and I went into the wrong parking structure so I drove back around to the right location and they said oh we only allocate 15 minutes for an annual visit so you'll have to reschedule and he's booking into next year which was basically 10 months later right my mouth dropped to the floor. Had an appointment set up in August and they didn't tell me that I needed to do bloodwork before hand so see if we should reschedule the appointment so I can get my blood work done. They never got back to me. They canceled my appointment and now that was this week and now he's not available until April of next year so how am I supposed to get consistent care when he's always unavailable? He also went on leave for three months. I think that the people who are answering the phone really are not relaying messages. They need to get their act together and communicate. It's really hard for me to message him unless he messages me in MyChart.
