I cannot begin to tell you how well-cared for I feel my kids are by Dr. Tommy! He takes the time to explain things in a way you can understand and has such a calm approach that allows for an overall great experience. In addition to well-visits for cleanings, our son had a lip-tie procedure today with Dr. Tommy and his assistant. Dr. Tommy himself called us up to check on him tonight and that really just hit home how amazing him and his team are! It's sometimes difficult to get appointments and the office staff hasn't quite figured out that the school systems discourage kids from leaving school for dental appointments. Sorry to say, if you're in the business of helping kids (who don't drive!), you have to be open during later hours when parents can get the kids there without severely disrupting their schedules. The toys in the waiting room could be cleaner too. Not a fun job, but it sends the wrong message about the staff if things aren't clean.
