He takes the time to explain things in a way you can understand and has such a calm approach that allows for an overall great experience. In addition to well-visits for cleanings, our son had a lip-tie procedure today with Dr. Tommy and his assistant. Dr. Tommy himself called us up to check on him tonight and that really just hit home how amazing him and his team are! Sorry to say, if you're in the business of helping kids (who don't drive!), you have to be open during later hours when parents can get the kids there without severely disrupting their schedules. The toys in the waiting room could be cleaner too. Not a fun job, but it sends the wrong message about the staff if things aren't clean.
