Off the bat, Kathy was very helpful on the phone. She was extremely nice and explained everything in depth to me. My first appointment was great and the COVID protocols were top notch. After I arrived, Kathy went over the paperwork with me in depth. I signed off on forms and was let into the operatory. Everything was fully sanitized or covered. The assistant was very nice and helpful. After I got my full mouth series of x-rays, I met the hygienist Liezl. She was very professional and the cleaning was thorough. She answered all of my questions and reviewed my home care in depth. Afterward, I met Dr. Geeta. She gave me an exam, reviewed my xrays, discussed future treatment and future appointments. I felt like I was in VERY good hands with Dr. Geeta and I'm so glad I switched dentists! The entire office truly cares for you and their level of professionalism is bar none. COVID BREAKDOWN: Everyone that worked in that office was in a splash guard, goggles, double-masked along with a head to toe jumpsuit over their scrubs. You do not even touch the doorknob getting in, the staff opens doors for you and ensures you sanitize your hands and that everything you touch in the office is sanitized. You will not encounter another patient in the office. They have surgically clean air units in every room (to filter and sterilize air). They went above and beyond it is appreciated!
