The fact that they called me to get the x-rays sent over and save me $$ was greatly appreciated. Insurance only covers 1 set in a year. To top that, Dr. Park had reviewed them before I arrived and identified issues that had not been noticed and/or addressed by the previous dentist. He took the time to explain and point out the issues and the solution. In addition, the entire staff was friendly from the front desk to the hygienist, everyone had a smile and a bright demeanor. Finally, after trying to let it run it's course, it became too painful to bear any longer! I called Family Dental at 4:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday, asking if they could see me that day. Their answer? Come now! Wow! That impressed me. Anyway, long story short, Dr. Jeff Wechsler saw me immediately, confirmed my (own) diagnosis, took precautionary X-rays just in case, and gave me a few mouth rinses to ease the pain while it heals. He was courteous, professional and very easy to talk to. A refreshing change from most dentists! I happily have found a new dentist and the best part is that he's only right down the road from me! Dental arts was extremely close five minutes from my house. They put me with a dentist named Sarang Choi, D.M.D. I had such a bad experience! When the dentist checked my teeth she said "oh you have your front two teeth bonded." I never had my teeth bonded and then she did a couple of x-rays and she told me I had a cavity between my front tooth and a second tooth. What an odd spot! She said a lot of odd things and I felt very uncomfortable. I felt like I wanted to get up and walk out, but I didn't. They did not clean my teeth. It was just a check and it was free, which was a good thing cause I wouldn't have want to have paid for what they did. I went back to my regular dentist and they took a full set of x-rays and guess what no cavities.! I honestly don't know what's wrong with this dentist and I would not recommend anybody going to her. I don't think she really knows what she's doing.
