It's usually very painful for me , tiny veins, rolling veins, and it's usually 3 sticks and they end up taking blood from the back of my hand which hurts the most. Asia took her time, looked around, and got my blood draw in the first go. Also, practically painless! I told her I wish I could request her for the rest of forever for my blood work :)

Thankfully, I had the best staff (Asya) who was very aware before I even said anything about my anxiety surrounding the labs. She picked up on it from my non verbals and got a recliner in there to help me feel more comfortable and alcohol swabs to assist with not passing out. She was very nice and she made it in right away. No poking around my arm which I really appreciated. She made something I was freaking out about for weeks a painless and anxiety free interaction. I hope if I have to go back I get her again.

I think there was some contract confusion with my insurance company (Aetna Student Health) and of course, the insurance offered NO HELP (as well as being inconsistent on what the situation actually was) and attempted to make me pay in full. The great folks at MainStreet (and Rurual Urgent Care, their parent company?) were incredibly helpful, got me in touch with the right people, explained the situation, and found a way to resolve the confusion without making me pay. I'm from out of town, so while I can't become a repeat customer, I HIGHLY recommend these folks for your medical needs. It's clear that they care about their patients at all stages of the process, from the staff and doctor all the way to their administration.

I was easily able to enter all of my information until it got to the part where you choose a time to see a physician and that's where the machine would freeze. I took videos of this because I was showing my wife to see if she thought I was doing something wrong. I then click the button talk to a live person and gave my phone number and no one ever called back. But I did receive a text message saying that I could login to the patient portal and when trying to log in to the patient portal, it asked me to use my phone number as a verification, and it said there was no record of me. I've got a screenshot of that too. So after driving there with something in my eye, I had to leave and go somewhere else. Giant waste of my time. This happened on 11/20/2025 between 6:10-6:25. I tried it over and over and could not get it to work.

No, she just didn't take my temp. Okay now we are in the room, same lady comes in and swabs my nose for testing. She did it so gently that I barely felt the qtip hit any part of my nostril. It was so soft I even said something in that moment and told her she didn't touch my nose and she giggled and said we don't need to do it that deep anymore, and you guessed it, came back negative even tho i feel worst then when i had covid. Wierd. . If the government is going to pay yall to take care of vets please actually do yalls jobs. They were more worried about what they were going to eat for lunch then taking care of the patient they had in front of them.! I won't be returning here unless I absolutely have to which is sad.

My doctor's office made me an appointment for Pre-Admission Testing (PAT). This building is…read morelocated on the Crestwood Medical Center campus and is used for non-emergency PAT which cuts down on the congested day surgery entrance at the back of the hospital. I am thankful I had an appointment as there were many individuals that did not. This clinic takes appointments first and walk ins are worked in. It is early Monday morning and people are starting their day off disgruntled. I recommend coming here as it is stress free if you have an appointment.

They took x rays both nights, plus the fact that I was waiting in the hallway for 6.5 hours each night only to be sent home each day.
