Why use professionalism when you can lie, use deceit, and misrepresent yourself in the market?…read more HomeSmart PV and Associates have a realtor who shows houses he hasn't listed on sheets he sends to clients, giving the impression that he has listed the house. This individual has lied to prospective customers about a house in a gated community he hasn't listed -- apparently trying to kill deals so that the seller has no confidence in the listing agent: he has made claims to prospective customers about trees on the property, claiming that they will fall and destroy the house, or, that their roots are causing structural damage to the foundation -- costing the seller more than $22,000 to disprove his allegations -- which never had any substance or basis in fact. These lies have resulted in the loss of three different sales.

I should have written this review a long time ago, but better late than never right?…read more When moving to the area we looked for an agent through the USAA real estate program and were referred to Nanci Wyatt at Century 21. If there is one person we were and still are glad to know in the area it is Nanci! Her patience and eagerness to make sure we got the home we were looking for was sincere and she never pushed us into something we thought wasn't right; even after it took us 3 months to find the home. She took the loan company head on when they were going to delay our closing date, and never once made us doubt that we would be alright. She is honest, and always gave us her unbiased opinion based on numbers and the law. If you need to buy or sell a house in the Modesto, or surrounding areas, you are a fool if you do not seek the assistance of this woman! We cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for us.

My parents took their home off the listing for the holidays. Dennis calls them and tells them that he has a "client who's interested in seeing the home" the next day "at 4 PM." My mother said "Well we have a realtor did you call her?" Dennis replies that he did multiple times she never called back. **LIE.** **My parents, who are in their 80s, and my mother who has an injured back and arm and in a lot of pain worked hard to clean the house for this so-called 4 PM showing.
