This individual has lied to prospective customers about a house in a gated community he hasn't listed -- apparently trying to kill deals so that the seller has no confidence in the listing agent: he has made claims to prospective customers about trees on the property, claiming that they will fall and destroy the house, or, that their roots are causing structural damage to the foundation -- costing the seller more than $22,000 to disprove his allegations -- which never had any substance or basis in fact. These lies have resulted in the loss of three different sales.

We finally agreed to see the home and the minute we pulled up I told my husband "This is it! This is our house. I don't even need to see the inside." I did not know how right I was. When we went inside, this home was PERFECT! It had everything we needed and more than we even realized we wanted. She had done it!!! She found the treasure we never realized we could have! We are so grateful for her kindness and use of experience through the whole process. Next step was to enter negotiations and Cyndy held our best interests in her heart once again. She helped us get our dream home, at a price that worked for us, with very little hassle. We then entered the escrow process. Unless you are in the industry or have been through the process before, let me warn you.... it's a LOT of hurry up and wait. Cyndy is happy to work with any buyer or seller but I feel like her passion must be first-time home buyers because she knew EXACTLY what to say to walk us through every step. She was helpful, informative, reassuring, patient, and so on top of every step with us. After closing she took a photo of us when we got our keys and gave us the most lovely house warming gifts with those photos... these were the most thoughtful and personal gifts I've ever received. It warms my heart to know her. She puts her heart into everything she does and goes above and beyond every time. I trust her completely with all of my real estate needs. If there is one person we were and still are glad to know in the area it is Nanci! Her patience and eagerness to make sure we got the home we were looking for was sincere and she never pushed us into something we thought wasn't right; even after it took us 3 months to find the home. She took the loan company head on when they were going to delay our closing date, and never once made us doubt that we would be alright. She is honest, and always gave us her unbiased opinion based on numbers and the law. If you need to buy or sell a house in the Modesto, or surrounding areas, you are a fool if you do not seek the assistance of this woman!
