This individual has lied to prospective customers about a house in a gated community he hasn't listed -- apparently trying to kill deals so that the seller has no confidence in the listing agent: he has made claims to prospective customers about trees on the property, claiming that they will fall and destroy the house, or, that their roots are causing structural damage to the foundation -- costing the seller more than $22,000 to disprove his allegations -- which never had any substance or basis in fact. These lies have resulted in the loss of three different sales.

One day we called to see a listing that the lovely Cyndy would open up to show us. We INSTANTLY clicked with her. Cyndy's vivacious, bubbly personality instantly put us at ease. Cyndy so patiently showed us every silly listing that we wanted to see and took our likes and concerns into deep consideration. After a month of smiles, laughs, and a couple a tears (some of those houses were NOT what we expected) we found THE house. Cyndy very kindly suggested we see this listing a few times and each time we said it wasn't quite what we were looking for but we would see it after the next house. We finally agreed to see the home and the minute we pulled up I told my husband "This is it! This is our house. I don't even need to see the inside." I did not know how right I was. When we went inside, this home was PERFECT! It had everything we needed and more than we even realized we wanted. She had done it!!! She found the treasure we never realized we could have! We are so grateful for her kindness and use of experience through the whole process. Next step was to enter negotiations and Cyndy held our best interests in her heart once again. She helped us get our dream home, at a price that worked for us, with very little hassle. We then entered the escrow process. Unless you are in the industry or have been through the process before, let me warn you.... it's a LOT of hurry up and wait. Cyndy is happy to work with any buyer or seller but I feel like her passion must be first-time home buyers because she knew EXACTLY what to say to walk us through every step. Also reviewing Dennis…read more He tried to "steal" my parents' listing in a manipulative way which was *very* difficult on my parents (read on). My parents took their home off the listing for the holidays. Dennis calls them and tells them that he has a "client who's interested in seeing the home" the next day "at 4 PM." My mother said "Well we have a realtor did you call her?" Dennis replies that he did multiple times she never called back. **LIE.** **My parents, who are in their 80s, and my mother who has an injured back and arm and in a lot of pain worked hard to clean the house for this so-called 4 PM showing. This is ON TOP OF The fact that my sister is in the hospital with a serious case of seizures, stressing us all out, and my parents busy visiting her in the hospital twice a day. The day of this so called "showing" my parents' realtor calls Dennis and - of course - suddenly these "clients" of his don't want to see it anymore. It was all just a lie and manipulation to try to steal the listing. I will not forgive him for putting my poor parents through all of this! Dishonest behavior has consequences Dennis and this is yours. ------- This was in Modesto and it was you bc I recognize your photo now. If there is one person we were and still are glad to know in the area it is Nanci! Her patience and eagerness to make sure we got the home we were looking for was sincere and she never pushed us into something we thought wasn't right; even after it took us 3 months to find the home. She took the loan company head on when they were going to delay our closing date, and never once made us doubt that we would be alright. She is honest, and always gave us her unbiased opinion based on numbers and the law. If you need to buy or sell a house in the Modesto, or surrounding areas, you are a fool if you do not seek the assistance of this woman!
