I had to write this review for Kathleen Crews Sheehan of European Skin Care-…read more I have had many facials in my life and have struggled with problem skin for all of my life. Approximately 6 and a half years ago (a year before I was about to get married), I decided that I wanted to do everything I could to improve my skin and I came to Kathleen pleading with her to help me to figure out what to do! Kathleen is a skin genius. She has many tools available to her to help you look and feel your best. I was initially referred to her by a friend that looks like she's been drinking from the fountain of youth! Kathleen set me on a schedule of facials that were approximately three weeks apart for several months. She listened carefully to what worked and paid attention to the nuances of my skin. I was looking back at pictures from that time recently and I couldn't believe how different I looked then! Over the course of several months she got my problem skin under control and it looks so much more beautiful than when I first came to her! Now I go much further between facials (I travel from Seattle to see her because she is worth it!)- but always come away feeling like a million bucks! Beyond her incredible skills, she also has a fabulous and gentle product line and she is just an incredibly inspirational woman. She does also does hair removal and reflexology. Love her!!

My brows don't look overdone, they look very natural, and Kate was very meticulous in her process. You can tell that she has been doing brows for a long time and she loves what she does just by the questions she asks. Thank you Kate for the work that you do and the confidence I have again now that I have beautiful eyebrows!

I've received many massages from Shelley over the years that I've been visiting Sun Valley. She is…read moredefinitely one of the highlights of my ski and mountain biking trips to Idaho. Once I'm comfortable on the heated table, she starts with slow, soothing stokes to bring me out of my head and into my body. Next she relieves the tension in my neck and shoulder blades. I hold a lot of tension in my left arm from an old shoulder injury which I wasn't even conscious of until I started receiving body work from her. Shelley relaxes the tight upper arm tendons with a combination of soothing strokes and holding pressure on knotted muscles. I also carry a moderate level of repetitive stress syndrome in my forearms from years of computer work. She has been a life saver, on several occasions when my arms seized up with approaching job deadlines. Shelley, being an athlete, also knows how to lengthen my seized quad and calve muscles. As she gently pointed out to me, I don't do enough stretching after biking or skiing which leaves my muscles contracted and shortened. Unusual for a message therapist, Shelley will stretch my hips and legs on the table which always leaves me feeling lighter on my feet the next day. Shelley specializes in house calls and is always punctual. I can highly recommend Shelley to athletes or for anyone who requires strong, experienced hands.

So good, I went to lie down on my couch in the evening after David's massage and decided to "close my eyes" for a "bit" before going upstairs to bed. Three hours later, my husband called me on my cell phone in the TV room telling me to get in my bed. I had been in such a deep sleep, I then argued I was in my bed until I reached around in the dark to realize indeed, I was passed out on the couch. I decided to "close my eyes" again only to wake up again at 3am and finally peel myself off the couch! So, if you would like to experience this level of deep relaxation, call David!
