This doesn't seem appropriate or respectful behavior, particularly in the face of the 24hr cancellation policy the spa holds their customers to.

When I told her how uncomfortable I was- particularly with the fact that she wasn't even wearing a mask- she said it was allergies. There is no possible way her congested cough and inability to speak was allergies, but regardless she should not have made me feel horrible for feeling like I couldn't stay and get sick from her. She made me pay the full price of the service - $200- when I told her I was sorry that I am immune compromised and cannot risk it. I gave her $200 cash so I didn't have to wait for her to run my card and risk getting her illness. Thankfullly, I was wearing a medical mask. Spa Beleza has turned me off of ever trying to get a facial again and I used to love them. I would look elsewhere for a safe and relaxing spa experience.
