What really made Deidra stand out is her genuine compassion and ability to listen to my concerns. I came in for treatment of acne and acne scars, which is something I've been struggling with for years. Deidra was extremely caring and kind when going over options for me and she really genuinely cared about results. So many med spas I've been to just look at you like you're insecurities = dollar signs, but not here. Also, the treatments were considerably less here than the med spa Pure in Hailey I was going to previously. I had the morpheus laser and she also added some other treatments on in combination. It was painful but I am used to it and these procedures usually are. But it was worth it! It really cleared my skin up by the time of the wedding. I didn't see a huge difference in the scarring, but my texture did seem smoother, and most importantly I was very happy that the active acne I had completely smoothed out. Also, she gave me injections on some keloid scars I had on my chest. Deidra is the only person that's been able to flatten theses keloid scars, I've had them injected multiple times already by dermatologists, but Deidra finally flattened them. I'm so grateful! I will definitely be coming back here when I am in town. Thank you Deidra and family.

It is for this reason that I take the unusual course, for me, to write this review. Beyond the local disuse of Yelp generally, Simply Skin provides services which are so to speak, discreet. Indeed, that's the point. Being myself a DUI attorney in the Bay Area, I can somewhat understand the paucity of reviews. So whenever I receive a positive Yelp review in my work, I'm especially grateful for the fact. No one wants their DUI experience on Yelp and I surmise that this would also explain why my review herein is the first.... As a trial attorney and sometime television guest, I knew that my appearance was crucial. It was a few years ago that I first tried cosmetic injections. Like many people, I was pensive to do so. After much consideration, I decided that I would try them with the proviso that it would only be done by and with a licensed physician. Luckily, my first pick was awesome and I was extremely pleased. The COVID 19 pandemic changed everything. Once I realized that I was to be waiting in lines for access to....Safeway....I withdrew from the city to my hometown of Ketchum. It was not long before I realized that I would have to find someone new to continue providing this service for me. I've now been to Simply Skin three times and say the following based on that experience: appointment scheduling was easy & super convenient via their online system; staff were helpful and courteous; and, most importantly, the results were fantastic. In fact, There was no difference between the MD who previously treated me and Diedre, who obviously is very experienced with her craft. My guess is that all locals already know that Simply Skin is phenomenal, so especially if you're visiting Ketchum or Sun Valley and are unsure who to trust locally for really any cosmetic needs, I would recommend you go to Simply Skin.

She said her facials are as good or better than a massage! She was right! I liked Leslie as soon as I met her. She was friendly, caring and professional. She walked me through everything she was doing, asked me a number of questions to determine which products were best for my skin and was very careful with extractions. My skin feels better and looks better than it has in years. I will definitely book another appointment with Leslie when I visit Ketchum again.

I found Jenifer and booked 90 minutes. Hands down this is the best massage I've had and I'm 52 and had many. Jennifer is very perceptive of what you need. Approximately 6 and a half years ago (a year before I was about to get married), I decided that I wanted to do everything I could to improve my skin and I came to Kathleen pleading with her to help me to figure out what to do! Kathleen is a skin genius. She has many tools available to her to help you look and feel your best. I was initially referred to her by a friend that looks like she's been drinking from the fountain of youth! Kathleen set me on a schedule of facials that were approximately three weeks apart for several months. She listened carefully to what worked and paid attention to the nuances of my skin. I was looking back at pictures from that time recently and I couldn't believe how different I looked then! Over the course of several months she got my problem skin under control and it looks so much more beautiful than when I first came to her!
