I had an extremely upsetting and unprofessional experience at the Amazing Grace Estate Sales event…read moretoday at 845 Independence Drive, Tracy. I attended the sale specifically because of items advertised in the online photos. While there, I selected a lamp that was clearly displayed for sale and pictured multiple times in the estate sale listing online. The estate sale manager Alex even helped me unplug the lamp and remove it from the room, which made it very clear that the item was available and that I was purchasing it. After carrying the lamp and going to the checkout area to pay, a man who had been following me around the house approached me and suddenly said the lamp was "no longer for sale." When I asked why, he said "the owner wants to keep it." What makes this worse is that the staff identified this man as a staff member, yet he is also related to the owner and not the executor of the trust. Despite that, he took it upon himself to override the sale after I had already selected the item, removed it from the room with the manager's help, and filling out my payment info. Alex later explained that three siblings were calling and arguing over items, even though the estate sale contract had already been signed. Customers should never be put in the middle of family disputes during an estate sale. If items are not actually for sale, they should not be photographed, advertised online, and left out on the floor, and staff certainly should not help customers remove them only to have another "staff member" take them away at checkout. This was incredibly frustrating and honestly embarrassing as a customer who was simply trying to purchase an item that was clearly presented as part of the sale. Alex did say he would contact the owner and try to make the situation right, so I'm waiting to see if they follow through. If they do resolve the situation appropriately, I'm willing to update or remove this review. But based on today's experience, the sale felt chaotic, poorly managed, and unfair to customers who showed up expecting advertised items to actually be available for purchase.

Just had the best experience with this long time local Turlock business. My new-to-me house has…read morevery old Hunter Douglas blinds on a pair of patio doors - and they've become fragile with age. Removing and reinstalling them during a renovation earlier this year didn't help. Trace came out to the house (exactly on time) and identified several issues that could be fixed right away, then said he'd need to order replacement parts to complete the overhaul. He immediately took care of the "right away" repairs - which meant taking down and rehanging both sets of blinds. Ninety minutes later he called back - parts in hand he could come the very same day if I was available! I am so impressed by the service, expertise and attention to detail. Highly recommended

I absolutely DO NOT recommended this place at all. We found this place through our plumber and we…read morehired them to Instal our shower panels. They failed to mention that they are SUBCONTRACTERS meaning they only do certain jobs and then it's up to us to figure out the rest. The only thing the gal had mentioned to us was that they do not install the shower glass and that's it. Nothing else So we went ahead and hired them for the shower panels. And when they come they say you haven't installed a shower Pan yet.. and I'm like??? We were never told we needed too. Why weren't we told this before? My thing is, this is all new to us. We don't do all of this often nor do we know anything about showers and the repairing process. So when this guy said shower pan, don't you think they should have mentioned this all to us when we first signed up with them? Um, ya I think so. So then of course they don't even install the shower pan... they sell it, for an insane price, but they don't install it. So that got delayed even more since we had to find someone to come and install the shower pan. Finally everything is rolling. We spend an INSANE amount of money on this shower, I mean the amount of money we spent. We should of had a grand slam shower. And I blame custom marble and onyx, because as I mentioned earlier, they failed to tell me that they are sub contractors and they don't do shit and it's up to you to scurry around and find people to do different jobs. Okay so everything is in place. Now last thing we need is the shower head and handle installed and put back into place. But GUESS WHAT. We had to find someone for that too because this shit place doesn't even do that. So we had the plumber come out and he noticed these 2 small holes on the shower pans and he mentioned to get them checked out and make sure water won't be leaking. So I call the company and I speak to the "boss" named Darrel who sounded absolutely rude and Condescending. I mean if you are the boss I assume you would hear out your client and try to fix the issue rather argue and get all defensive and tell me that we should have picked a better shower pan or that all your men are experienced. Full of shit and work on your customer service because you are no boss. You are a rude person. Worst experience ever!!! Hate this place. Do not hire them. Unless you want lies. Bad customer service and a huge headache.
