I called my mechanic in Denver and he gave me some tricks to try. When those didn't work he said I should stop driving it and get it to a mechanic. In a tough spot on the highway, I had it towed to Midstate Motors in Snowmass. Even though they were very busy and it was almost closing time, one of the mechanics came out and took a quick look at it and diagnosed and solved the problem in no time. I was outa there and on my way in no time. I couldn't be happier with their attentiveness and quality service. I will be back for future repairs. I would highly recommend these guys.

It is super refreshing to find a business that takes so much pride in their work and equally with their treatment of customers. I called Mario because the first round of ceramic we did on our vehicle at a different location/business left me underwhelmed. I also wanted to get our car super clean before winter. Mario walked me through pricing and pointed us towards a teflon coating (I believe it was the Icon Rocklear). I had not heard of teflon whatsoever and when I asked around about it, neither had any friends of mine. During the application process, Mario even texted pictures of the progress. Now after having it applied, I am 100% sold. The Rivian looks better than it did brand new and I feel way more confident with harsh mountain driving knowing it's well protected. If you don't want to drop an insane amount of $$$ getting an entire PPF wrap but also don't want to keep applying ceramic forever and having to maintain it, this is the direction I'd go.
