These cleaners are A-MAZ-ING!!!!!!!!! I asked for a quote for my grandmother. They replied immediately and scheduled something right away. Since I dont live in town I asked for Arielle to contact her to schedule an appointment. The cleaners called 10 mins prior to arriving. They arrived on time and cleaned the whole house for a great price. Since my grandmother is getting a little older it is harder and harder for her to clean. She called me after the cleaners left to tell me how wonderful of a job they did. It was actually hard for me to get off the phone because of all the items she told me were dirty that were now spotless. She hopes to hire them monthly because of the great job they did. Great job guys! read more

The team went above and beyond!! I will definitely hire them again. They were friendly and professional. They did a great job cleaning the areas I requested. Great job ladies! Thank you and until next time. read more

Valley Clean had the best reviews online so we went with them for a Holiday deep clean before we had guests over. This was our first time ever using a cleaning service so we did not know what to expect. Unfortunately, one of the cleaners was sick so only one person came to clean the whole house. While the price didn't change and the time to clean doubled Sarah did a wonderful job. I would suggest the owner go over what is covered in the cleaning services as we didn't know what they will do or what was included in the price. Sarah (the cleaner) did a great job on the things we asked her to do and although we were only supposed to have cleaners for 2 hours she was there for about 5 hours by herself which was great but was unexpected. Overall good service and I would request for Sarah again. read more

I used valley clean for the agency I work for. Hands down have never been so happy with the quick responses and great service. They really work around our schedule, which is great since we never have the same day twice. The two ladies who have cleaned for us are always on time and explain everything they did. No issues. We will be working with them for the long run. read more

It was our first time ever getting our house professionally clean. We chose Valley Clean because they were highly rated. They followed all COVID guidelines, mask and sanitation. Arielle was responsive and very patient with my questions. Heather and her team were punctual, professional, and experienced. We are very happy with the work they did, not one thing went unnoticed in cleaning. My 80 year old cleanohlic mom was impressed by the results. We will definitely be returning to Valley Clean in the future. Thank you, Team! read more

Young polite cleaning ladies. Good business ethics by the owner Ariel. Thanks for the job well done.

Terrible terrible lying company they're trying to tell me they were working for me for six hours they were here for 3 1/2 nothing was cleaned properly NOTHING!!! I have a party and was getting my house cleaned before it now I've had to vacuum and I mop my floor the sticky stuff all over my floor the sticky table and chairs dust on the legs of the chairs I am so disgusted with this company to think that they keep taking money from people then they're trying to say that my payment didn't go through But didn't contact me to the next day and I looked on my account and yes it didn't but they need to contact me nobody's calling somebody needs to call me the owner never responds this is absolutely insane the worker girls trying to tell me there was so much dust on my ceiling fans it made dust go everywhere well that's why I hired you to clean are you serious this is so stupid I've never dealt with a company like this ever!! He's trying to say that we're scamming him I am more than happy to pay for services they were nowhere near $600 worth of work they're not even worth $300 worth of work he's trying to tell me they were here for so long I know they were gone by 1:30 because I left to go to my daughters house they didn't start till 930 to10 o'clock somebody's lying and it's not me !! He's trying to say that we did a walk-through and I was completely satisfied with all their work he's bumped his head I brought them upstairs to ask him how come nothing was cleaned and then she's looking at me with her confused look on her face and trying to tell me oh no they clean but they don't move anything Baseboards blinds my son said the way they were cleaning my blinds they were just smacking them with a rag who cleans blinds like that I had another company come in and do some blinds and they don't clean them by smacking them with a rag come on now let's tell the truth here! If anyones scamming somebody it's the company trying to take money from people in overcharge for work they say they're doing and not my son was up there and he saw them standing around talking standing in front of a fan this is just ridiculous somebody needs to contact me so we can figure out this situation. Do you want your payment you need to contact me!! And owner needs to quit using me for a sorry excuse for not being on time to other clients. read more

Had my first cleaning done and was very pleased with the price and a job well done. The girls worked hard and were thorough yet quick.

Working with the owner Airell was a great experience, very quick to respond. Called him on Sunday to have someone come and clean as soon as possible. He made it happen for the same day, how great is that. There was a hiccup, let Airell know and he made good on his word and took care of it quickly. Thanks again, Airell read more

I can go on all day about awesome and seamlessly easy my experience was with Valley Clean. My wife and I have our hands full with our two little ones and haven't had a chance to give our house a real deep cleaning. Valley Clean came out and deeply cleaned our house soo much so that it looked better than what it looked like when we first moved in. They did everything that I asked. Ariell is the owner and he came out himself to give me an estimate. Very professional and extremely customer service oriented. He is quick and replies so fast, he really earns your business. I have recommended this cleaning service to all of my family and friends and will continue to do so. Also, the pricing is super affordable. Thanks Valley Clean. read more

I've had my home cleaned every two weeks by Valley Clean for 18 months. I'm so happy I found them. Ariel is always responsive to scheduling requests. He answers texts immediately. The cleaning team, headed by Heather, always does a great job. She is cheerful and professional. We love the products they use. They take pride in their work. read more

I have called Valley Clean 3 times now and I have been happy each time. They did a through pre-move-in cleaning of our entire new house and then I called again for help with a specific cleaning project that was too big for me to tackle alone. More recently I had them in for a regular whole house clean and I am so happy that I plan to become a regular client. THe owner, Airell, goes out of his way to make sure that I get what I need and he is easy to get a hold of, or else he always calls back promptly. The ladies have always had a professional attitude, worked assiduously, paid attention to detail, evidence knowledge of the correct products and techniques on particular surfaces, such as marble, granite, and stainless steel. I feel comfortable with them in the house read more

Heather and her team were awesome. I live in an apartment and job was completed in under two hours and the place was spotless. They arrived on time (a few minutes early actually!) and were very pleasant. I am very happy with the services that were provided and the price that I paid. Definitely will contact them again for another cleaning! read more

I totally recommend valley clean. I called with a couple questions and felt assured just by talking in the phone to Ariel that they were the company to go with. He responded quickly and got my home cleaned in the same day. The work was efficient, every request I had was completed perfectly. I will definitely be using them again. read more

Great service and they listen to what you are wanting. I had them do a deep clean and then every two weeks. Great staff

Just bought my first house and the thought of thoroughly cleaning it so my kids were able to walk right it with everything going was just overwhelming. Airell sent a team of 4 over and these ladies were on point! The house smelt so fresh I could actually feel ok with walking barefoot and the shower in the master bath I could feel comfortable knowing I wouldn't catch a foot fungus when they got done with it! Thank you so much it for the amazing job you did. The price was more than I really wanted to pay but in the end it was worth it. The team you sent were friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks again!!! read more

In just 1 1/2 hours this was a very good first effort. I'm looking forward to developing a great routine.

Valley Clean was great! I used them to clean my listing in Elk Grove and they did a fantastic job. I will use again for all my listings!

Top notch cleaning service in the Elk Grove area!! I recently moved in with my BF and our ideas of "clean" are very different. I wish I had taken before and after pictures because the 2 ladies managed to turn a bachelor's shower (let's be honest it was very gross) into one that this very picky girl can now shower in and feel like queen. I cannot wait to have them back to tackle our kitchen. Highly recommend. read more

Valley Clean is fantastic! They were able to come in the same week I reached out. They arrived promptly, cleaned thoroughly and now my apartment is as clean as it's ever been. Working with Ariel and booking through Yelp was easy and convenient, and the price was both competitive and fair. Thank you! I'm very happy! read more

Valley Clean did an awesome job cleaning my house! They were on time and very courteous. They were well equipped to do the job, but were still willing to use my favorite cleanser for my no wax floors. Great job on all the mirrors and windows and did extra things that I didn't think of like my front porch and ceiling fans. I am looking forward to a long lasting partnership with this company. read more

From booking and communication with Airell to cleaning day, i am impressed. Airell was responsive to messages and called the day before to clear up questions and confirm. Wow, what great work. Heather and her team showed up on time and introduced themselves. There was some confusion on what was needed, however, that was not an issue and her team got it done. They used masks and gloves and were so professional. I appreciate their attention to detail. I highly recommend Valley Clean and will use them again. Also, pricing was great and worth every penny. read more

I recently used Valley Clean to clean a house in Stockton. Airell and his team were great! From start to finish, he was very communicative with me about the price, scheduling, and what needed to be cleaned. His team did a fantastic job cleaning the house and detailing the kitchen and bathrooms. They showed up on time and stayed until the job was completed. The owners of the house were very pleased with their work. I will definitely be using Valley Clean again for future houses, thank you! read more

I booked these guys based off of some Nextdoor recommendations. I guess there is a new trend amongst the work-from-home people - after work, we don't want to work in the home more. Heather came over with another woman, whose name escapes me and asked what I needed. I said, bathrooms, floors and the kitchen. I didn't need to specify much. These two did EVERYTHING in those three rooms-dusting, baseboards etc etc. I'll be booking them again! read more

They did a good cleaning. Responded quickly with quote and came under short notice. Missed a few deep cleaning areas, but overall a good job. read more

I couldn't be happier with the service I received today from Heather's team. They showed up exactly at the time they said, were friendly and pleasant, and got right down to business. And they did a great job cleaning my house, which really needed it.
