Awful customer service! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE OR ANY BIG 5 STORE…read more Bryan the relief manager doesn't know the first time about customer service, not a clue. Very rude and disrespectful, he admitted he doesn't care about customer service and neither does Big 5. I drove to the store after calling to confirm that the store had a 4 oz fuel canister, they didn't. The relief manager Bryan didn't even bother to check when I called, no apologies. Very rude and told me to leave the store.

This is on a one way street. If you miss it the first time around take the next left and loop around on another one way street. We were greeted promptly by a super cool looking biker dude. He gave my son some pointers and let him test out a couple of the bikes they have on display. The whole experience was super chill and I really like that they allowed us to take the bike out and test it in the parking lot. We aren't ready to purchase a bike just yet but when we are we will be getting it from Outer Rim.

The fact that the tow package they sell only includes partial installation meaning that you have to go to another place to hook up the electrical piece so your brake lights will work on your trailer or anything else that you were towing when I asked what were the other places prices they said they did not know but they just recommend because this is not a service they do in house again all in all not it into in place to get your tow package installed
