So much better than the Buddhist temple in Palo Alto that has a crab fest (never hear of Buddhists killing a living being before...I used to volunteer at a Buddhist kitchen in the Atlanta area and meat or seafood were never, ever on the menu at the World Peace Cafe Kitchen in Sandy Springs. The next time, I come here, I'm going to bring a couple of $20 bills to make a donation. Truly enjoyed this spiritual experience. Many also speak multiple Indian languages catering to all devotees. However, my recent visit after the new year left me with a bad impression due to the way one priest behaved. He was trying to put the poles to streamline people which is understandable. The temple was not crowded but given it was post new year there was a constant flow of devotees. This priest was yelling and screaming, completely disrespectful to the devotees. He was so loud that we could not even hear the priests chanting of the Archana. He completely ruined the sanctity of the temple. The same task could have been done in many different ways, without having to yell and scream and spoil the devotees experience. I hope this is not something that will be repeated, for I would love to go back for a peaceful visit.
