My trust was validated when the team they sent were able to identify some exterior stucco cracks as the source of the leak and even did some testing with our garden hose to verify. Communication to schedule was fast, and the job was completed in a timely manner. We did get some rain recently, and I didn't see any leaks, so hopefully that's the end of that!
