I made an appointment for a facial because my skin takes a toll during winter. If you're a first time client, you can schedule a skin analysis consultation to determine what the best treatment for you is. You can also select a personalized facial which includes a basic cleanse according to your skin type. This is the one I selected. I had not had a facial in over a decade and I forgot how relaxing they are! It was 45 minutes of pure bliss. Do yourself a favor and visit Jocelyn. She uses a steamer to open up your pores and then gets to work. It was so relaxing and the products she uses smell like fruit and something I'd eat. She mentioned they're natural products which I love since my skin is sensitive and can react to harsh chemicals. At the end, it felt like my skin was breathing. Jocelyn gave me a bunch of skin tips and said next time I can schedule a FreshGlo Facial, an ultimate deep cleanse facial focusing on nourishing the skin and targeting main concerns. Even the next day, my skin felt so soft and different from before. I'm hoping I can try the Dermapro Dermaplaining, where she uses a surgical blade to remove the topmost layer of dead skin along with peach fuzz. I've seen videos of this and it looks great! The building they're in is super cool with the exposed brick and industrial feel. I can't wait to try other services. I already booked a deep tissue massage. Come here to relieve everyday stress!

Although the therapist asked my pressure preference and I specifically requested firmer work for neck and lower back pain, the massage remained extremely light, felt choppy, was not relaxing, and lacked technique even after I asked for more pressure. I ended the service after about 35 minutes. The response afterward was frustrating. I was told I could not adjust the charge because I had booked the wrong type massage, was offered a discount for a future visit despite living out of town, and paid the full $180. The owner later offered a 50% refund, but I only received $65 and still have not received a follow-up call. The spa itself has a lot of potential, but the service and follow-through did not meet expectations. Be sure to carefully review treatment descriptions before booking.

It was very obvious they either didn't have the money to give back to me or they just didn't want to. I would like to add that I previously had lashes for 5 years but took a break and then decided to get them again. I never had a problem before going here. I was able to get into another studio to get them fixed and didnt have a problem so it was definitely not anything to do with me. I wish I had better things to say but that is not the case!!
