When I called the number listed on Yelp, I was told that my appointment was actually set for a completely different date and time than what was shown on Yelp. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for a new date and time. Once again, no one showed up, and I didn't receive any text message or update. I've called multiple times and sent several messages with no response at all. This level of communication and reliability is unacceptable. Be aware before booking--very bad scheduling and customer service. I would rate no star

How people can give a high rating for this hack shop is beyond me, my friend took 2 cars here, with…read morethe same problem, charged a high premium, kept both cars for months, get them back, and within days, same issue. One of the guys that works here is a shady, lying individual. Quoted me a price in person after I…read moreclearly explained to him and showed him what exhaust work needed to be performed on my car. I agreed, then my car was driven to the back of the shop, then immediately as he's about to rack it tells me it's going to cost more to do the job since the exhaust wasn't installed already. I thought he was kidding, but, I'M not kidding, HE was serious. I was like what the F??? Why would I bring my car here in the first place if the exhaust system I wanted to have installed on my car was installed already??? He didn't have any rebuttal that made any sense and claimed he thought it was already installed and he just had to finish it yet he knew the exhaust system was in pieces in my trunk??? So after a little back and forth, he agrees to do the work close to the price he quoted me, I should of left then, but I agreed even though I felt this guy was trying to play games with me and take advantage of me. I agreed, then he tells me that I couldn't watch them do the install (it would of been somewhat custom) when there was another man standing next to me who was clearly a customer watching his truck get worked on??? At that point, I had it with his games. So unless this guy is seriously that dense, this was a classic bait & switch tactic that failed on him. Be aware.

Every time I've taken my vehicles in, I've always got very honest feedback and he's even been…read morewilling to show me what the issue is in person before they fix it so that you know what they're actually fixing because a lot of people think that mechanic shops rip off which a lot of them do, but I really like that he does show you exactly what is wrong with the vehicle. His prices are OK, but you have to keep in mind that he gets his parts from Napa or AutoZone and occasionally from the dealer if they're not available from there. For the fast service that they do the price is definitely worth it especially if you need to get to work without waiting for a long time. I referred friends family. We've probably had well over 10 vehicles there before and have never had an issue. And like I said, if you're unsure about what he's talking about when it comes to something that might be wrong with your vehicle, ask him to show you. Keep in mind if he says something needs to be replaced soon in your vehicle. He's trying to make sure that you're aware that something is going out or wearing out on your vehicle and needs to be replaced soon. He's not necessarily saying you need to replace it today or your car's gonna break down. But like I said, I would 100% recommend him to anyone else you could take your car in any day and almost every time get it back same day or even next day.
