The overall wash is OK, but there is soap left over, there are lots of dryers blowing the same way when nothing addresses the mirrors or back of the car, and the back of the car is still dirty. If the spinners that do the front of the car would just swing around the back, that would solve the problem. read more

Beware of Valet Auto Wash Rt 130 cinnaminson I took my car through Saturday morning after just getting it back with new rims and tires on it. As the attendant is directing me forward into the tire guides, I feel a jolt to the right. As I'm drying my car I notice a chunk missing out of the driver rim. The rims weren't even 24 hours old. They have cameras directed right at the rims. Video clearly shows my rim go in brand new, with no marks. Attendant had me fill out a report. I get a call today stating that they will not cover it because they are after market wheels. I'm not really sure why this makes a difference but this is what I'm told. This is the second time one of my vehicles has been damaged at this location. Just be careful using this facility. I'll be cancelling my memberships read more

He answered all her questions and then offered the free wash... They do great job here and make sure the customer is always happy... The staff is friendly and hopeful.... They need to maintain their equipment. I've had to move my car several times in one visit because the vacuums have no suction. The blowers at the end barely remove the water and there's always soap remaining on my back window. For what they charge, they should have equipment that works read more

Their service has gone WAY down.. went through this morning, the drying towels are always still wet, and my truck was dirtier when I was done than when I went in. I don't think they even wash the "drying" rags anymore. Then the second time I went through today there was still soap on it. First time here. I was referred by a friend. The origins of this franchise started in 1964. Obviously not the automated process we see today. There are two options exterior (self service) and interior valet, where the employee vacuums and details the inside of your vehicle. The interior valet service is not included in the exterior price. It's a separate package with its own fee. When you pull in, the selection process is automated. Everything is done by using the touch screen. You select your option here. There are different prices for each level of cleaning. Cash/Credit/Debit are accepted. The machine takes $1, $5, $10, or $20 bills as well and makes change. If you choose to buy a membership, it's billed monthly on the anniversary date that you signed up, to your credit card. Once you make the selection, you pull around to the entrance, show the attendant your receipt, you will then have an RFID sticker tag placed inside on your windshield. With all memberships you get unlimited washes. The package you sign up for is the one you get. You cant buy a lower one and get the next tier service. The membership system works like EZ Pass, you pass through the payment station and you are scanned, there is an express lane for members only, but members can use any lane. All lanes funnel into one lane, when you arrive at the wash entrance, you just cut in line ahead of non-members. There is an attendant to guide your vehicle onto the guide track. It is fully automated, you stay in your vehicle, during the wash process. Once you are finished, you can drive off or park and hand dry the water that didn't get blown off. (There are no attendants at the exit to dry your vehicle.) Free towels are located at the free vacuum station. Clean, small hand-towels are in the hopper, as you use them, throw the dirty ones in the bin. The towels are replaced by an attendant with clean, dry ones. If you buy a membership, the tag cannot be shared between multiple vehicles in one household or with friends. You have to talk to the wash facility management to work out that request to have multiple vehicles added to your account. If you choose to cancel your membership, you also have to do it through the wash facility management. If you wash your vehicle a lot, this membership pays for itself. The membership is honored at all Valet Wash locations, including Express Lubes that are partnered with Valet Wash. The hours of operation are weekly 8 am-6 pm. There are a basic set of car wash standards that every auto wash should meet. That includes cleaning your wheels. For what ever reason, this car wash is incapable of performing that basic task on my BMW 335i. I had to finish the job when I got home. I'm not looking for perfection, but their performance severely lacked in that regard. Besides that, the rest of the car was adequately cleaned. I will not be a repeat customer. read more

For a handsfree car wash, this has to be one of the best car wash! It's a little bit pricey but you get the best bang for your buck. The buffer leaves your car shining like new, and the tire cleaning option really cleans the rim and rubber part of your tires. You want regret spending $16 on a good car wash that lasts you about a week or so. They provide you with drying towels in case there are water spots left on your vehicle, which I never had to do; or if you want to clean the inside of your car using your own car cleaning products. read more

Gotta say, every time I got to Valet, I'm less and less enamored with it. Firstly, the last FOUR times I was there (including today), I have either been stuck at, or behind someone stuck at, the members "fast" lane. Watching non member after non member ZIP past, while you're stuck at the stupid gate arm is endlessly frustrating. I was stuck there, sandwiched between the gate arm and a Porshe Cayan beeping his horn, for 10 minutes! Backing up, creeping forward, wiping my windshield, pushing the screen buttons....Worse still, there is no relief or recompense; you can't leave. It is a one way entrance, with cars piling up behind you. There is no attendant. I had to GET OUT OF MY CAR, AND WALK AROUND THE BUILDING to get someones attention. (And THAT guy was so "busy," he never actually made it over. I had to get out of my car a SECOND time to grab someone else.) There IS a help button on the screen, but you're more likely to get Covid than help from pushing that. I pushed it 10 times, and it wasn't answered once. Once I finally got someone to mosey over to help me out, I asked if there was a card or something with a bar code that I could scan manually if the stupid fucking reader can't do its job, and all he did was shook his head no. Great. So THEN, after spending 10 minutes stuck in the "fast" lane, when I DID finally get the wash, it didn't even knock the bird crap off of the side of my car. The only thing the car wash does reliably is knock the emblem on my hood down. The only reason I'm not TRIPPING, is because I can go as many times as I want, which is good, since it might take 3 or 4 tries to actually get your car clean. I will start by saying the car wash ripped my license plate and ex pass off the car. I get it, there are signs everywhere letting you know the car wash is not responsible for damage caused by the car wash. That is not why I am giving 3 stars The car wash itself has caused a number of problems with my plates, and the plates of my friends. The wash itself is lackluster. All my friends drive children people movers, ie Suv's, mini vans etc. it does not properly wash the back of any of them. I will say that the service I received when I reported what happened was above and beyond what I expected. I was quickly greeted, and the attendant said he would check it out. While I waited 2 other employees asked what we needed. When I told them they all went to help look. Bottom line, not the best wash, but the attendants were great. read more

The equipment is new and works well, but some (not all) of the kids working there have a bad attitude. It's pricy for an exterior only wash, but the do it yourself vacuums work very well. I also wish people would respect the clearly marked "Members Only " lane. read more

We went into the car wash and an employee stopped our vehicle and tried to remove our antenna without asking. When I rolled down the window and asked him to leave it he started yelling at me that it's my responsibility to remove it. When I raised my voice I was told to calm down. Apparently it's ok to yell at me, but when I raise my voice to be heard over the machine, I'm being a hysterical woman. Another employee came and retightened it. If it is my responsibility to remove the antenna, why are you touching my car without my permission? Absolutely idiotic interaction. read more

This car wash is great. Pay a monthly and wash the car as much as needed. Vacuum the car yourself as much as you need to. They have compressed air to blow excess water from tight spots. Rags to wipe it down if needed. I really like the place. The owner or manager is on the ball too. I went through once and side brushes didn't deploy. He was at the end of the wash bay, noticed and told me to go through again. Thumbs up! This is the place to go if you like to wash your own car, but don't want to do the actual washing. Damaged front right wheel! I've used this car wash twice. The first time through the car still had bird poop on it, but I thought I'd give it one more try. During the end of the wash on the second visit, the car was lifted up quite a bit as it went up onto an abnormally large bump and didn't get over. It was pushed backwards into the car behind. I had to gun it to get off the track. I checked for visible damage before leaving and didn't see any, so I went home. On the next day I discovered that the right front wheel creaks and groans when I turn to reverse (Which wasn't required on my way home the night before) or when needing to stop suddenly. read more

I hate to give 1 star, but in my opinion that was the wash was worth. I paid $16 for the "works" and my car came out as if it just got washed with rain. They don't clean the windows nor vacuum the interior for you, you have to do it yourself, which is ok but not for $16. I took another car to another car wash right after and got it hand washed for $13 and ended up with way better results. read more

I have had the same experience as Leslie D from Palmyra, my car jumps and seems like it rolls off the track every time I come to the end of the wash. One time a women in a black BMW in front of me jumped and rolled and she put her foot on her brakes while my car was still rolling behind hers which made me rear end her, she floored her car thank god or the truck in back of me would have rolled over me causing major accident inside the building...just had wash again Wednesday 5/29, this time it ripped off my roof antenna, the one that looks like a sharks fin, got price from my dealer, gonna cost me $270 just for the part not including install..Guess whose Cancelling their Membership !!!!!! I took my car to this carwash for the very first time because my daughter had gone there before. It started off wrong. I chose the $16.00 carwash, and the machine did not give me a receipt, but it shows on my bankcard record as a purchase. The machine told me to ask for one inside. The attendant was more interested in his phone than the customers. I told him what the machine said. My car mind you was already on the track. He said step on the brake, my car was going up and down so I said nevermind with the receipt, thinking I would still get what I paid for. I went through, a little water, very little soap, and air, all for $16.00. After my car was finished, I went to vacuum my car. That is when I saw that my car was still dirty. When I say dirty, I mean dirty. You could clearly see it. I mean every inch, from the roof to the rims. I used about 15 towels wiping dirt off my car. The tires and rims literally looked as if water never touched them. I was so pissed off. It took me 30 minutes to wipe my car off, and it still had dirt on it.The carwash was ridiculously crowded, over 30 plus cars easy. I certainly didn't get what I paid for, instead, an expensive dry wash. I wiped off what I could and then I left. I might as well had waited for the next rain shower to get a better wash. read more
