My wife and I stopped here and they gave her a free Ultimate car wash... We stopped here to get prices and my wife had a few questions for the attendant... He answered all her questions and then offered the free wash... They do great job here and make sure the customer is always happy... The staff is friendly and hopeful.... They go out of there way to make sure the job is done right... If you're in the area give them a try...

First time here. I was referred by a friend. The origins of this franchise started in 1964. Obviously not the automated process we see today. There are two options exterior (self service) and interior valet, where the employee vacuums and details the inside of your vehicle. The interior valet service is not included in the exterior price. It's a separate package with its own fee. When you pull in, the selection process is automated. Everything is done by using the touch screen. You select your option here. There are different prices for each level of cleaning. Cash/Credit/Debit are accepted. The machine takes $1, $5, $10, or $20 bills as well and makes change. If you choose to buy a membership, it's billed monthly on the anniversary date that you signed up, to your credit card. Once you make the selection, you pull around to the entrance, show the attendant your receipt, you will then have an RFID sticker tag placed inside on your windshield. With all memberships you get unlimited washes. The package you sign up for is the one you get. You cant buy a lower one and get the next tier service. The membership system works like EZ Pass, you pass through the payment station and you are scanned, there is an express lane for members only, but members can use any lane. All lanes funnel into one lane, when you arrive at the wash entrance, you just cut in line ahead of non-members. There is an attendant to guide your vehicle onto the guide track. It is fully automated, you stay in your vehicle, during the wash process. Once you are finished, you can drive off or park and hand dry the water that didn't get blown off. (There are no attendants at the exit to dry your vehicle.) Free towels are located at the free vacuum station. Clean, small hand-towels are in the hopper, as you use them, throw the dirty ones in the bin. The towels are replaced by an attendant with clean, dry ones. If you buy a membership, the tag cannot be shared between multiple vehicles in one household or with friends. You have to talk to the wash facility management to work out that request to have multiple vehicles added to your account. If you choose to cancel your membership, you also have to do it through the wash facility management. If you wash your vehicle a lot, this membership pays for itself. The membership is honored at all Valet Wash locations, including Express Lubes that are partnered with Valet Wash. The hours of operation are weekly 8 am-6 pm. Interior valet service, weekly 9 am-5 pm. Closed during inclement weather (snowstorms).

For a handsfree car wash, this has to be one of the best car wash! It's a little bit pricey but you get the best bang for your buck. The buffer leaves your car shining like new, and the tire cleaning option really cleans the rim and rubber part of your tires. You want regret spending $16 on a good car wash that lasts you about a week or so. They provide you with drying towels in case there are water spots left on your vehicle, which I never had to do; or if you want to clean the inside of your car using your own car cleaning products.

Does not clean the dead bugs off your vehicle. Stopped to show the attendant, he was uncaring.

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

As I walked back to my cleaned car I realized that I miss placed my phone. After going on a frantic search I looked back at my car. Although the car had been in so many hands before I made it back to it, my iphone was perfectly safe, untouched sitting right in the center console. Someone could've easily swiped it and didn't. Also, there was a new (much more friendly) person at the register today, tuned into a much more pleasant show on the waiting room television. Way better experience there. Thank you

Up until yesterday (5/15/26) I USED to take my SUV twice a month for a full-service wash. Up until…read moreyesterday I USED to tell all of my neighbors what a great car wash they are. Yesterday, after I pulled out onto Rt. 70 I noticed both side view mirrors were still pushed in for the full service wash. When I got home they appeared to be broken. When I went back a couple hours later to speak to the manager/owner (?) he reviewed the cameras prior to our discussion. He was rude, adversarial, and questioned me as if I did something wrong. Fortunately, an employee came over and reset the mirrors to which the manager replied "Sir, I suggest you learn your car." as if he was any help fixing the problem. Not only does he need a lesson on manners and proper customer support but now I need to find a new car wash.
