He was very knowledgeable and great with giving us directions to each location as well as explaining what we should be sure to see at each location. We took it back less than 20 hours later in the original package with the receipt and were told they cannot take it back due to they purchase them from a 3rd party vendor and they will not get reimbursed from their supplier, so no exchange would be granted. This not a huge dollar purchase ($18) but if you sell a product you should stand behind what you sell. Always thought Smoking Joe's was a upstanding business, I guess I was wrong. I'd NEVER imagine myself ever rating a gas station as making the best fried chicken in the city, but here it's true! No more KFC or Popeyes for me. If I want some kick-butt incredible fried chicken this is the only place to go. And, they'll fry it fresh for you too! It takes about 20 minutes, but for greatness it's worth the wait. The shrimp is great and their honey biscuits are phenomenal as well. Don't forget to buy a cup of their boiled peanuts too. Yum!!! Makes me hungry just thinking about it.
