First of all can you blame me for trying to pay when you're already talking to me and asking me questions like you're already taking care of me? You should've waited until you were completely done with the other person to start asking me that. And you have the audacity to have a strong reaction like it's my fault. Wow!! Just unbelievable. Hopefully some action will be taken into account for this. This type of behavior is 100% not ok and unacceptable. This kind of behavior deserves some kind of reprimanding or punishment. They didn't skimp on the meat or cheese and dressed it exactly the way I asked with extra lettuce, onions and tomato. Again, I repeat, everything was sliced to order, meat, cheese, veggies and all. It was an excellent sub that put Subway to shame because of it's freshness, size and price. The bun was also perfect. They're friendly & take pride in getting to know the locals & regulars. With COVID causing office closures, their business has been greatly affected, less employees in the office is less foot traffic. The breakfast sandwiches are a steal. Deli sandwiches run about $5-6; soup $3.25ish. They aim for quality and do not disappoint... They get their meats from the Old World Deli. Then I need to go inside and wait in line for everyone to buy their cigarettes and lottery tickets. When I get up to the cashier he gives me a hard time because I broke the machine outside, then he makes me wait for the system to "clear the pending charge." Then I get to pay inside and finally go pump my gas. All in all, what should take a minute or two usually takes 5-10 minutes depending on how busy they are inside.
