Since some other parlors near me have closed, Scoups has become by default the closest ice cream spot to me that makes their own hard ice cream. This is not a bad thing. The texture was just soft and almost fluffy, with a really nice flavor. I also really enjoyed the caramel crunch and my husband liked the coffee heath bar. While those were the favorites, all of the flavors were delicious and I look forward to going back to try others in the future.
