My thought was the attendant forgot to give them to me, not at all the case. Turns out I threw them in the trash, simply moving too fast. Jordan not only handled me professionally, took the time to review the tapes and advised me I in fact took them. Again, going way beyond he checked the trash where I pumped and then once more the trash outside of the door, where he found the tickets and cared enough to call me to let me know. I am so grateful for the level of professionalism and compassion this man showed me! It is not even weekly that I get stellar customer service like this and especially in my own error.
