He listened to everything i asked, and was very punctual and honest in his answers. I knew I wanted the 2025 GMC Canyon that they had on the lot, and he made it happen. I live 1.5 hours away, so we did most of the paperwork by text, so when I got to the dealership it was all ready to go. I did the test drive, Mark showed me some of the gadgets, and it was time to do the financing. I told Mark that I didn't want the warranties and all the other stuff that other dealers try to make you feel guilty about not buying, and he listened. That is where Justin came in. He listened also. He knew that I wanted to get in and out, so he had the paperwork ready. I did end up getting the extended warranty, but I had looked them up on car shield and a few other sites, and the GMC extended warranty was actually a great value, in my opinion. Anyway, I was in and out of the dealership in a little over on hour. Holy crap!!! That never happens! Great experience! Mark, and Justin, are my guys in the future when the wife needs a new car. Thanks Mark! Thanks Justin!

I had an engine that was bad from when I purchased the car and the warranty was covering the engine. I was told in October that my car would be done in TWO WEEKS... I waited and waited and waited for a call for one to never happen. On January 3rd I called them to ask what was going on. They said oh good news warranty covered your engine. I said yes I know they did. You told me in October it would be done in two weeks and it's now Jan. They both denied making this claim. I have witnesses that heard it. They also stated that we were allowed to make payments to them which is why we agreed to allow them to work on my car. All to turn around and BOLD FACE LIE yet again and state they never said that. They had told my wife over the phone the total without the deductible would be around $300-$400. Include my deductible would around $500 max. I was charged $1050. I paid them all the money and didn't make payments as they had once agreed upon. I talked to my warranty department and they said they sent in the invoice for the car in mid December. Mind you, you cannot do that until the work is supposedly done. When I called on Jan 3, they said it would be 2 more weeks before it was done. If you can trust LIARS to work on your car, then this is the place for you!
