Quality/Quantity - This is our emergency gas station. Whenever there is bad/dangerous weather and/or accidents on the summit, we make sure to have a full tank of gas before going up. There was a snow storm yesterday and 10 degree weather all morning made plowing almost impossible. And too many drivers that do NOT have experience driving on the snow. Let alone the wrong type of vehicles. Another reason why I have a big truck! Atmosphere - Easy in and out. 4 double sided pumps. Typically easy in and out. But not on storm days as everyone is gassing up and using the last chance bathrooms here. So on days like this, be prepared to wait. Remodeled bathrooms, thanks. In the past, they were "out house" quality bathrooms. Only use it if you really need it, lol. Service - Self service. Well now you need a key for the bathrooms. And lastly they only give you access to one of the two bathrooms. Price - Expensive, but worth it for safety. Nothing worse than running out of gas in a snow storm. Terrible customer service, over priced gas for a Valero (priced well over $5/g, similar to Chevron), door hinge needs to be repaired on their bathroom, so the door closes behind customers as they exit...this way employees don't have to walk outside, close the bathroom door, and then make rude comments about not closing the door behind you as you wrap up fueling. If that's too much work to walk 10 feet to close a door, fix your door. For customers, don't bother going here unless you want to receive poor service. There are 3 other gas stations on this exit that are in better condition, where you will receive better service, and likely better valued fuel pricing. read more

Review specifically about clerk, saw several reviews about him being rude or unprofessional, I had the opposite experience. Same guy cuz he matched the description listed below but I found him to be a very friendly old man who asked about my day and had a nice small talk conversation. Store is small and not a lot to choose from for snacks or drinks but pumps accept CFN so that's a plus! read more

Super rude old man. Treated us like we were stealing from him by asking to use the bathroom. Had to prove we were getting gas. And then when my husband didn't move the car after getting gas to use the bathroom he accused us of actually not getting gas but leaving our car there to just use the bathrooms. What? We're a family of 4 in a nice car. There was no one else there. Didn't realize we needed to move the car so that the driver could use the bathroom before driving again. I asked him if he'd like to come over and look at the pump to see that we got over $70 worth of gas? He stood outside of the bathrooms and watched us like a hawk like we were doing something wrong. Super uncomfortable and unnecessary and honestly creepy with 2 pre-teen daughters. We'll never stop there again. read more

Would avoid this gas station at all cost. Husky cashier guy with the beard was straight up rude. Not sure what his problem was. I get it, bathrooms are for paying customers only. Not sure why you had to yell that at my group while some of us were waiting in line to use your bathroom. We were filling up our cars with your pumps...? Anyways, the store was rundown, had a crap selection and the cashier had quite a bit of attitude. BEWARE! read more

Rudest clerk EVER , first had to buy something to use the restroom then when I asked the clerk for the key, she made me say please ( which I normally do but really had to pee) then lectured me on how many adults she catches not saying it... but pest then TOLD me to make sir I closed the door.. This gas station has horrible customer service. Pulled in to buy some gas and food cause they closed the 80 going into Reno and a worker comes out yelling you cant park here.Must not want anyones business stay far far away from this place. Don't recommend for anyone and thier family's. I will be calling the corporate head quarters to let them know what kind of person is representing thier name even if its privately owned. read more

Horrible! There was dust on the snacks and the fountain drinks were just as "dusty" tasting. They didn't even come in a PEPSI cup and the cups they came in didn't have stable enough lids, so just my luck- the lip came off as I was driving and I made a mess.
