I wasn't planning to make another stop. However, I had to make an unexpected potty stop in Blythe, CA. Thank you so much Chevron for your existence, otherwise, I don't know what I would have done. I don't think there were any other gas stations or any restroom facilities around or maybe there were, but just didn't notice. You were the closest one to the freeway exit. SO THANK YOU for coming to the rescue! If I don't get gas and I use the restroom only, I like to buy something from the food mart just to give back for the provided facilities. I either get a bag of chips or a candy bar or a drink or even some magnets depending on where I am at. I ended up getting a Jarritos Madarin (love the taste!). The gentleman who was behind the cashier was kind enough to offer me a bottle opener thinking I was going to drink the Jarritos before driving off. I said "no thank you... I'm just going to take it home... but thank you". Thank you sir for thinking of your customers! I appreciate you. Do not hesitate to drop on by this Chevron and show your support. Located a few miles from the AZ state line, the price for regular gas w credit card went from $5.40 CA to $2.30 AZ. Damn!! The Wendy's inside was busy but they ran a well oiled operation. In their main shop, there were many packaged grab & go options; sandwiches, wraps, salads, etc. Numerous coffee creamer options, tea, etc. Central bathrooms were clean & well stocked.

I am always too late to get their soups at 12-3AM unfortunately (I keep thinking about that pot pie soup to this day!). Their snack and candy aisle is always prepared with some tasty treats. Staff always seem buff and pleasant. Never tried their public restrooms so I can't share how they are here for being such a high traffic stop. At 2am- no teslas at the charging stations so it's a big contrast to during the day when the charging stations are usually a line a few cars back.

Numerous people left their cars at the pumps & went inside instead of moving(!) Their food options were very appealing; Fatburger, Wetzels, Juice it Up. Just be prepared to stand in another lengthy wait line. Our burgers were delicious but not worth the effort of the logistics at every step. Flying J has Wendy's & fresh packed grab & go. Parking is by the store & pumps are split into two sections so it helps aboid bottlenecking. All in all, we will never be coming back. Flying J's all the way!

We stopped in for gas and a few snacks, and Victor truly went above and beyond to help us out. He took the time to make sure we downloaded the app so we could take advantage of the fuel promotion running from May 1 through August 1, helping us save between approximately $0.20 to $0.50 per gallon depending on the amount of fuel purchased. What really stood out was his attitude and willingness to help. He made sure we had everything we needed before continuing our trip and treated us with genuine professionalism and kindness throughout the entire interaction. Customer service like that is hard to find these days, and Victor absolutely deserves recognition for the outstanding job he's doing. The men's restroom stenches of pot, no child should be subjected to that smell. I don't think the staff keep an eye on who was running into the restrooms. I saw many shady characters (drug-addict types) mixed in the bathroom with regular patrons and minors. I felt really anxious being in line for the stalls, the vibes were off. Some creeper would not come out of the restroom, he spent a long time taking up a stall and the smells got worse. Now, I will say the floor and sink were kept tidy given the amount of traffic coming in and out on a daily basis. Additionally, the convenience store section was well-stocked and orderly. I further appreciated the access to showers and designated fueling stations for truckers. I can tell this Love's was built with intent, they planned the entire station well. If you're hungry there's a Subway and Chester's inside the Love's. Lots of guys were buying a snack on the way out, the food looked hot and ready! Everything looked fresh and smelled great.
