Prior to my virtual hypnotherapy, I was going through the worst year of my life and the pain I felt…read moreall day, every day, was so intense. I cried all day, every day and I hate crying. I had my emotions running high and my energy levels so low. I couldn't get out of the "funk" of going through 5 (not just 1 or 2) but FIVE life changing events, where even just 1 of them has been known to break people. I felt broken, like I would never get out of the rut. Our consultation went amazing and of course, I felt a little reserved, doubting this would work. After our first actual hypnosis, I was taken aback. The crying daily, stopped. The intrusive thoughts, stopped. This really was working. I thought I would feel uncomfortable, as regular talk therapy didn't work in the past and I felt so vulnerable. As time goes on and each session becomes a more and more about healing myself, I feel like so much weight has been lifted. Of course I am still going through the 5 life changing events but they are no longer consuming my every thought, my every move. I highly recommend Laurie. She has been a light that I never knew that I needed. I am blessed that I jokingly searched for hypnosis to rid myself of memories of so much betrayal, from someone I never expected it from. For anyone with any kind of trauma, no matter how long you've carried the weight of it, I recommend hypnotherapy. Childhood trauma, relationship trauma, any kind of trauma, becomes a thing of the past, for good. Instead of continuing to carry this weight, reach out to Laurie and book your consultation. I truly believe that you will not regret it.

Dr. Hansen is an excellent physician--knows his stuff, is friendly, has empathy, is willing to think outside the box, and yet is very professional. I can't say enough good things about him. I have been on numerous anti-depressant drugs over the last 15 years and at best they marginally produced a benefit. Most of the time I suffered with the side effects. I researched and found Albany ketamine infusions through a Google search. I reached out to them by phone and was very pleased with the warm and understanding conversation that ensued. At the end of the call I had been set up with an appointment within a few days and emailed some forms to fill. When I Arrived I was greeted by Dr. Hansen and his staff. I was surprised that Dr. Hansen himself spent over 45 minutes with me discussing my medical and personal history to understand where I was at and how I got there. My first infusion was Administered immediately after my counseling session. If I had to describe the experience to somebody it would be "one of the most relaxing and comforting hour I had in a very long time" At the end of the infusion I was given all the time I needed to recollect myself. I returned for five additional infusions but the magic happened the morning after my third session. Good morning after I woke and for the first time in over a decade I felt like my old self. I have energy, focus and a joy for life again. It was a transformative experience. The fog of my depression was lifted and I felt awesome. It has been six months since I started with Albany Ketamine Infusions and I actually feel better than I did the morning I woke. After my six sessions I have returned for two more infusions. If you are suffering from untreatable depression, post traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder or anxiety, don't hesitate, pick up the phone and call them. It was life-changing for me my only regret is not knowing that they existed. If it hadn't been for a random conversation with my pharmacist I still would not know about ketamine or Albany Ketamine Infusions. I'm not living with depression any longer. I still take a low dose of an anti-depressant but my view of the world and myself is completely different.

I was referred to Dr. Nate by someone at the gym. My first appointment was very thorough. He asked a ton of questions, did an X-ray, an adjustment and a massage. He also told me he was a nutritionist and if I ever had any questions to feel free to ask. I was given an ice pack and some bio freeze and told to come back for my results in a day or two. I mentioned how I wasn't sure if I could I would have to figure a babysitter out and then make an appointment. He said bring them. You'll be in and out and I would rather take care of your back and get you up and running again then to have you miss an appointment. I was a little apprehensive about bringing 3 small children ages 2,3,and 6 into my appointment but Dr. Nate was so good with them. He showed them what he was doing, he had them check my feet. He really made me so relaxed having them there because honestly I was waiting for it to be an awful idea. I have brought them in plenty times since and I am feeling better than I have in a while. I also love the little gifts I get in the mail every once in a while. To make a long story even longer, I would recommend Dr. Nate to anyone that is in a lot pain or just wants maintenance appointments to keep your body well adjusted and performing like it should.
