She is extremely thorough remembers what we discussed during my last visit and has been very accurate in her diagnosis. On a side note she also remembers my family members and always asks about my adult children who live out of state. This is a very busy practice and if you have a minor problem and need to be seen that day the nurse practitioner is always available, but if you have a more serious concern as I recently did Dr. Cotugno will find the time to see you ASAP. I cannot say enough about the friendly, professional and caring staff at Columbia Physical Therapy…read more My therapists, Amy & Denise, were wonderful and helped me through the hard work and pain to reach my goals after arthroscopic knee surgery and 2 knee replacement surgeries. I was greeted by name and with a smile every visit by Laura at the front desk. I sincerely recommend Columbia PT to anyone needing physical therapy. I started the above review many years ago and I believe I never posted it. Since then I returned to Columbia PT for therapy on my new shoulder replacement. Cody & Jenn were caring and great and got me where I needed to be so I could leave for Florida for the winter months. I've been doing some home exercises and exercising while in the pool. I still say Columbia PT is the best!!!

So I sat in the doctors office for over an hour to be told about her religious beliefs. I reassured her that I was taking it to maintain my menstrual cycle and it didn't matter she told me to find a new doctor which I was going to anyway. Don't waste your time going somewhere close if you live near this practice because it's not worth it she's not understanding she's argumentative and makes you feel like your time is not important. This visit alone wasn't the first bad experience I had I wish I had change sooner so I didn't have a second and third bad experience I learned my lesson

This woman should not be allowed to practice medicine. She is certainly not a doctor in the normal…read moresense of the word, one who as vowed to "do no harm". I found her on the web, passed her telephone interview, scheduled an appointment, and completed her seventeen online forms. Then I received a phone call from her canceling my appointment. Said that my case was too complex, my depression too severe, and that if she handled my case it would take too much time away from her children. I was in dire need of her help and she turned me away. She has significantly increased my depression and my chances of self-harm. I will do everything in my power to see that she loses her license. As a postscript to this review: She read my review and apparently was not pleased. So, out of alleged concern for my welfare, she chose to call the Albany County Sheriffs office. I had four police cars in my driveway and three deputies surrounding me, in a very intimidating manner, asking me questions. She did not call me with her concerns. She did not call the Mobile Crisis Center. She called the SHERIFF. Now everyone in my neighborhood knows that I have mental health issues. Keep in mind that have never met this woman. She is not my doctor. I merely scheduled an appointment and filled out her forms. I can certainly say this woman has changed my life ... and made it much worse.
