Teddy usually falls asleep on the ride home from camp as she's so exhausted from her doggy adventures but you can tell how happy and incredibly well cared for she is during her time away. We've had issues with boarding facilities in the past (check my reviews if interested) which left us hesitant to booking, especially considering the expense that comes with larger breed considerations. However, not only does TCC have better care, facilities, and customer service; they are also easier on the checkbook. Teddy definitely has a home away from home in TCC, and even though our new move puts us another 15 minutes out, we wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have had Bane for about a year and a half (his about 3 1/2 years old.) He has been almost uncontrollable since day one. Although there was some initial improvement, he has had no sense of boundaries and could get aggressive when touched. Sissy and I spoke at length by phone prior to bringing Bane there. She seemed very knowledgeable about training, in general, as well as being keenly aware of the specific needs and disposition of English Bulldogs. Bane boarded and worked with Sissy for training at Off Broadway Pet Boarding and Training for a full week. While the space was fairly small, I was impressed with the cleanliness and order. Sissy and I spoke almost daily about Bane's progress. It because apparent by day 3 that I needed the training as much as he did. Upon picking him up, he seemed happy and well adjusted. He is now able to follow simple commands, which we continue to work on at home. Since I opted to use a pinch collar with him, it is important I continue to execute the training and coaching she provided for us. His overall behavioral changes have been nothing less than miraculous. He is much more calm, isn't aggressive towards other people or dogs and seems much happier, as are well! I would highly recommend Sissy for any training and/or boarding needs you may have.

I was told that the USDA who would endorse the document takes it's good old time but when they finally got to my certificate mistakes had been made, the USDA sent it back to the vet, granted she send it right back but they never endorsed the document in time for to make my flight. For the life of it can I not understand that these documents are not being checked and rechecked to make sure everything is 100% correct. The answer I got when I called was 'im only human'. I am stressed beyond belief, I now have to rebook my flight to Germany which will add another $700 to an already expensive trip, my whole family in Germany is up in arm trying to reorganize a pick up. The one owner I worked with was Karen. She was friendly, knowledgeable and knows people love their pet like children and she treated them that way. She made sure she knew everything she needed to know for caring for our girls. When I picked my girls up a few days later i was running a little late and Karen told me not to worry about it she will be there. When we got there she was out walking the girls and letting them play. The girls were very happy but tired from playing, but it made the ride back to Winston a little easier with them sleeping. I was very happy with the experience. This is the first time i have boarded my dogs with a kennel. I usually left them with friends. I have always worried about my dogs getting fleas etc. at a kennel because of past experiences. Fairwinds is by far the best kennel I have ever used. Its worth the trip from Winston

Showed up at 1.50pm. I waited for an hour and 15 minutes. I approached the intake person and was told that I was given an urgent care appointment which means they would get to her when they can. I was not told that when I was given the appointment. I understand emergencies and there was one emergency that came in while I was there but there were 20 people waiting all of whom had appointments for non emergencies and/or routine issues. They were running over an hour behind but never mentioned it to anyone checking in. People were then waiting over 20 minutes just to pay and check out. A complete lack of consideration for people's time. We will not be back.

They hold the pet free of charge if you're running a little late. They also take pictures of your pet and give them nail painting. Only reason why I am not giving them a 5 star was because first time I took my dog and they gave her a nail trim, I think they trimmed it too close to the base so my dog's nail was bleeding a little but not where it was hurting her and she couldn't walk or was limping. It's just the blood got onto my car seats and I didn't realize that until I already drove off and was close to home. I still go back to them because they do take care of my dogs well and communication is very good.

Other than the price the only real complaint I have is that I asked for my dogs nails to not be painted however, when I got her back they were painted anyways.
