She is a resource you'll want to tap into when it comes to the history of the area as well as the techniques behind the artists' pieces that come through. To summarize: make this a stop on your trip to Greensboro! Actually, make a trip for it. You'll be able to soak up some of Georgia's best kept artists and even take pieces home with you. This place has the cutest little bar up front and their Taiwan mango beer is delicious! We got free drinks while taking the class, and our instructor focused on myself and my friend and made us feel so welcome, not like horrible clay workers, and like we were old friends. I enjoyed my time at stARTup, not only for the fun clay play and the silly little snowman I made, but because I felt like they wanted me to be there, I felt so at home in this place I'd never been before.
