I got a French manicure and the set had a break after one week! The quality isn't as high as the price. I later asked how much for a fill and was told $27...Final Touch in town only charges $15 and their nails lasted 4 months with NO breaks and fills every 2-3weeks. The place is pretty but the quality is still just average with high prices! Go in town. read more

The owners of BE & Q Nails have opened a beautiful new salon here in Vail. The soothing grey and white motif is carried out in their marble floors, nail stations and walls. The nail techs are all very good. I had a manicure today by Christina who did an excellent job. They are very popular and have a loyal stream of customers, so it is advisable to schedule an appointment or else you may have a wait as a walk-in. All of the staff are pleasant. Highly recommend! read more

Such a cute little place. Convenient, and the owner, Be is super sweet. I asked for the dip in black, and she asked if I wanted to add some gold glitter. They turned out classy, and it was a good choice for the new year. Definitely will be back! read more

I really like the new location!! Only thing, I was trying to get my daughter to try a new toe nail color for the holidays...and I suggested a pretty dark blue with sparkles and the lady helping us didn't help at all!!! She just kept saying - that's too dark for her, she's too young. A little surprised by that honestly (my daughter is 18, she does look younger than that though for full disclosure). My daughter ended up going with it in the end & it did look great, so no complaints at the end of the day. The salon is very nice, very modern, and is a nice place to relax. Really glad y'all are in Vail! :) read more

Very please with our services! They took their time and didn't rush through our mani pedis. My grandmother got a full set with gel and is very happy as well. Thank you guys we will be back soon! read more

Vail Nails and Spa - Very pleased with the services my grandmother and I got. We also both got a pedi. - Nail Salons Near Me - Vail, Arizona

Place upon appearance is sleek and modern. Staff are semi-friendly. I got a gel pedicure and a dip manicure. I only went here because it's three minutes from my home, but honestly I think I might drive into town and go to my regular lady. My gel pedi was painted on quite thick and for my dip powder manicure, I've barely had it for a week and it can be peeled off at the base and it's getting caught in my hair. Quite overpriced for the quality. I usually get paraffin wax for my feet and the lady looked at me like she has never heard of it before. Place is meh. I wanted to like it but it is what it is. read more

This is the best hidden nail place in Tucson! Im very picky about my nails and they never disappoint. Im super rough on my nails between my two jobs and they always stay on great and never break. I get ingrown toenails often and they always fix them. There is never a long wait either! I will never go anywhere else, i LOVE this place. Ask for Conan, Be, or Quan for some of the best acrylic nails you will ever have. read more

I've been to this salon at least 6 times. 3 good and 3 bad. Not good odds. The last time I was here for a manicure I walked out because the girl was so busy looking around she couldn't even do her job! I decided to give it another go and because of Covid everyone is wearing masks. I ordered the deluxe pedicure and noticed by her work I got the same girl! I cancelled my deluxe and ordered the regular. She said she already put something in the water. I said I wanted someone else and they said ok regular. Never coming back even if they are only ones open! read more

Great find - the technicians are charming, the shop is beautiful, and I left with great nails to wear for my Hawaiian vacation!

Less than one. On two occasions I have made an appointment and sat to watch the technician take other clients without appointments. And no excuse. Then, the last appointment made, the shop didn't even open for business. No call to reschedule - they just did not show up. My appointment was made 3 weeks ago. read more

I've had my nails done by two different technicians and both were super unfriendly despite my extra smiles and expressed gratitude. Almost flat out rude - but not quite. Just under the threshold of rude - most definitely uncomfortable. I don't do much self care so when I do, a positive/uplifting vibe is really nice to experience. Oddly, they were super nice to my husband both times. ‍ (interact with him, laugh, and put up the foot rest during his pedicure - not my experience at all). Nails do look pretty good. They do use the "cheese grater" which I don't love. Going to have to think about returning again due to the less-than-friendly service. read more

I came in today at 6pm and my appointment was not the best. The staff was nice but they gentlemen who did my toes did not do a good job. He was very kind which I appreciate but at the end of my appointment I noticed both of my pinky toes were basically half painted. I'm really upset and will not be returning. read more

Tara Barton I had never used there services, one day I stopped and was looking at their information and the looks i received being a black woman was as if to say what are you looking at? and don't come in! Seeing this I thought to myself i would never refer anyone, nor use their services! If anything they should go back to where they came from and treat their own that way! I WILL NEVER EVER REFER OR GO TO THEM FOR ANYTHING! I'm glad that i read this post because I was going to write a review and forgot, but rn as I write this i will continue on to leave a review, THE NERVE!!!! read more

i have never been so disappointed and mad at how this place treated me. the lady was incredibly rude and disrespectful. she told me to "hold up" every time i asked for her to fix the shape. the shape was never fixed. i was charged $93 for these and a pedicure ,,, horrible nails that i didn't even ask for. please save ur money and YOUR NAILS FROM THIS PLACE. read more

My pedicure appointment was at 3:30, my pedicure didn't start until 4:20! Every time I come in (with an appointment before hand) multiple walk ins are taken back before me. Even if the walk in has been waiting a little longer, take the loyal customer that has called before hand and made the appointment. Once or twice I would understand but unfortunately this happens every time I visit. I've also noticed on multiple occasions while in the salon they will answer the phone and "take down appointments"without writing them down, no wonder you have to wait.. they don't actually schedule you in!!!! Not a way to treat customers. Again, I would understand waiting for 20-30 minutes+ WITHOUT an appointment. I've been a loyal customer for 4+ years (even at their old location) but will NOT be returning due to the 45 minute waits and disregard from the owners and employees each time. read more

I had a pedicure there and he literally made hamburger out of my feet and complained about my arthritic toes when it came to painting them. Will never return. read more

Been going here on and off for years. Over the past few years the customer service and friendliness has gone away. They say they can do something and when it comes down to it they can't. Had to go somewhere else to get nails finished and redone. At the end of them knowing of the dissatisfaction they asked if I was tipping them. Not once but 3 times I was asked if I tipped. read more

Super disappointing. Decided to take my 11year old to have a little girl day treat. She got a mani and I got a pedi. The gentlemen that worked with her watched a show on his phone while working with her, lotioned her lower arm, but no massage or lotion on her hands. He ruffed up her skin with the buffer and there are pieces of nail not painted. My lady was super sweet and paid great attention to my nails. However she had the cashier charge me for a number three even though I asked for a number one, 3 times. When I asked about the cost at check out that gentleman said it's because I got gel nail polish instead of regular nail polish which made the price go from $35-$48... After still tipping and leaving, our moments of what should've felt like happiness felt like buyers remorse. I felt as though I got taken advantage of as my total cost came to $83 which didn't include the tips. It all just felt wrong. We won't be returning. read more

My daughter and I used to go here but recently decided to go some where else. We always have our appointment booked for every 3 weeks same day and time. We never get taken on time and two times walk ins where taken before us. The first two times I was charged the same amount and then gradually they kept going up on price for exactly the same services we were getting from day one. I don't like being taken advantage of! Also not to mention the owner/lady answering the phone is rude! Only reason I'm giving two stars instead of one is because the ladies that did mine and my daughters nails and pedicures were nice. read more

This place used to be B & Q nails in Vail. They moved, changed their name and seriously upgraded their decor. As B the owner says, "they're all Hollywood now!" Yes they are. The service is still great. The products are amazing. She has dip, gel and regular nail polish sets so no matter what product(s) you chose to glam you up, they will match perfectly. And let me say, they seriously scrub your feet on those pedicures. Your feet are as soft as a baby's bottom when you leave. Love love love this place. read more

I've visited this nail spa once and it will be my last time. The women I had who sits to the left right as you walk in is RUDE and very rough. It was an hour and a half of torture. My nails always turn out great here, but it's so frustrating to waste time waiting on an appointment, I think it's time to walk away from this salon. I called at 11:30am asking if it was possible to get an appointment for any time im the next two days and was told they were really slow and I could come in any time. When I showed up 20 minute later the place was literally full and I got turned away. Not the most reliable place for timely service. read more

After going to another Nail Salon for a DIP and it looking just awful. I went back to the same nail shop to have them fix it. While it was better it was still awful. Other nail salons in the area were busy so my friend and I decided to try this new salon. We called ahead to see if we could get in for a pedicure and didn't have a wait time, they said no problem. When we arrived, we had to wait about 15 minutes. The man who did my nails was very rough. He started cutting my toenails and I said not short. I don't think he spoke English. He cut them way too short! In fact my toes hurt today (the day after) due to being cut super short. He also dug under my big toes and I pulled back saying it hurt. He nodded and continued. I finally asked him to stop and move onto the next step of the pedi. He gave me a quick, rough leg and foot massage. He painted my nails but didn't put on a base or top coat. No workers appeared to be able to speak English very well, making it hard to communicate. The salon was clean and modern but I will not return. read more

This has to be one of the prettiest salons I've ever been to. The salon was beautifully decorated and very clean. When I walked in I was immediately seated as well for my pedicure/manicure, no appointment needed. My nail tech didn't really talk to me which honestly was okay because I have two little kids at home who never stop talking so it was nice to have some quiet me time. I usually like to sit and soak my feet for longer and enjoy the massage chair but my chair didn't work and my nail tech got right to work. I did the deluxe pedicure with gel nails. I didn't really see the description, but I thought I had read on the reviews here there were hot towels used and I was looking forward to that since my legs are all swollen from being 8 months pregnant. The towels were sadly missing and my guy was a little rough when he was massaging my legs. He wasn't rough enough on my heels though and they still feel pretty tough to me. My nails do look very nice and and they are a good length, not to short or too long. I'm willing to try the salon again because it was such a pretty place, but it was on the pricier side and I don't know if it was worth the $91 I spent (not including tip). If I go again, I'll ask for a more attention on my heels and see if it's better. read more

If you don't mind being a number and not a valued customer this place is for you. Manicure was rushed and just ok. read more

The first time my mom and I went in they were kinda rude and didn't pay any attention to us so we left, I decided to give them another try and I still wasn't happy with the outcome my nail broke within a week and when I made an appointment to get it fixed they had me waiting forever and took everyone before me even though I had made an appointment. It seems the last 2 - 3 times I've been to Vail Nails I get the new girl who doesn't know what shes doing, she needs a new line of work. I came in for a mani/pedi for the first time in a year due to COVID. So looking forward to getting the piggies cleaned up! I only had to wait about 5 minutes from my appt time, so no problem there. Everyone was wearing masks, so that was good. They had people spaced apart on the massage chairs and used a screen between the tech and the customer. All good. But when it came time for the mani, there were two techs and two customers side by side with only about 2-1/2 ft apart, and with a screen between tech and customer. But the kicker was nothing was wiped down in between customers on anything! Not the remote or massage chair, not the table for the mani....nothing. And the table had colored powder on it, and the cream colored padding looked dirty, which is when I asked the tech to please leave a towel down for my arms and hands to rest on. But please note: the tech pulled out his tools (emery board, buffer, clippers, etc) from under his table in a plastic container that was used on previous customers. They do not sterilize the tools for each customer it appears! Gross! I didn't need too much trimming up thank goodness, but for that reason alone, I will not be going back unless they step up their sanitation practices. It seemed like a token effort for COVID , but needs real sanitation to be done. I really wanted to like this place cuz it's close to home, and they did a good job, but...... read more

I've used this salon for years. Very nice new location. My last pedicure wasn't not great. There are a couple of new older men that are quite rough and not very good. So I go here every two weeks which I don't know why I keep going back . I know why is because I live across the street but the first time I went the lady was extremely rude and I asked for a full set she did my set and the day after one broke I called and told them I would like it fixed and some of them where crooked and she said we are booked for next few days . I said ok but I need to get them fixed she said ok come in Saturday I said ok. So I go that Saturday and the lady takes off the color and says she will fix it but I'll have to pay extra because of the matte color and that I came in week after . I said wait no I called and you guys said to come in Saturday because they where busy and would fix them . So she took my color off and proceeded to tell me she wouldn't do them without me paying I said you have to fix them now tho just took my color off and everything she argued and I had to tell them I would call the police if they did not fix them or give my money back she was trying to tell me I still had to pay untill other lady said just do it . Then the lady proceeded to twist my hands and hurt my fingers burning it with the machine I told her it hurts and she said we'll come closer I said I can't get any closer .. she burned my sides my fingers and one started bleeding she kept twisting my fingers so hard . Then I said maybe I will get better experience next time they gave me same lady for the fill and I just tried again and she did same thing to my fingers I also paid 40 for a fill!!! Acrylic color with matte that's all I got that's a lot for a fill ... I just let it go because I'm to nice and I love the new guy there now he does my nails and He was out of town so I got another lady and did regular fill and color with no matter this time and I still was charged 40 for a fill I'm starting to think they do that and take the extra money because that's insane for a fill !!!!!! Please tell me that's not right ??? How much is a regular fill???? I need to know and they demand tips instead of you giving it to them or give yourself change back they don't they assume it's there's read more
