The clothing sections have been reorganized by size, making it much easier to browse and navigate each department. I stopped in on a Thursday and was happy to find plenty of the weekly blue-tag specials still available for just $1.49. On this visit alone, I scored four pairs of pants, three shirts, a blazer, and a few household items for less than $40. The staff is always friendly. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door, and I noticed team members actively informing shoppers about the blue-tag promotion so no one missed out on the savings. This Goodwill feels like a hidden gem. Between the quality of the inventory, the organized layout, and the welcoming staff, it's worth the drive in my opinion. As an added bonus, it's only about five minutes from a great Dominican restaurant, making it easy to turn a thrifting trip into a fun afternoon outing.

On this particular visit, I purchased a gag gift, a Paw Patrol mini Adirondack chair for my grandson, and a pearly pink and gold globe for my office. I was pleasantly surprised to learn the chair and globe were 25% when I checked out. The staff here are always friendly and this location features changing rooms and multiple stall restrooms. Finally, they have both street parking and a parking lot. Often, there is a hot dog stand too.

I chose Apollo for our microwave because our RV came with one, and I thought it was a good product…read moreif the manufacturer chose this brand. In early July 2015 I ordered an Apollo microwave for $500 plus $35 shipping, for our RV. I was assured I'd receive it in about two weeks. When I didn't receive it, I called again and they told me they hadn't even started building it yet. They assured me I'd get it in two weeks. Now this wasn't a very pleasant call. I had to drag every bit of information out of him, and he really didn't want to commit to anything. I really began to wonder if I was dealing with one of those scam businesses. Well, it still wasn't here in the next two weeks. After another couple frustrating calls, it finally got here between 5 and 6 weeks after I ordered it. One of the most needed features was the convection oven. At this time it's only mid March 2016 and the convection oven has quit working. I tried the broiler, but that isn't working, now, either. That makes it just 7 months since we received the unit to breakdown. Now the microwave feature still works, but I didn't buy just the microwave for $535.00. The oven was the main feature and broiler next most important. This is the biggest waste of time and money. I would not recommend doing business with or buying anything from Apollo Worldwide (also called Apollo Half-Time Ovens.) I checked the BBB for the West Palm Beach FL area and there are three other complaints very similar to mine including the rude treatment and hangups mid call. I wish that I, too, had cancelled my order.

I have been a customer of this business for around 30 years. Around three years ago, Steve, the…read morelongtime manager, acquired ownership of the store from the former owner. I originally started using them because they are a real Miele dealer; many vacuum cleaner stores and service locations are not real Miele-authorized dealers, and I feel it is better to buy from an authorized dealer in case of any warranty issues. In addition, buying locally means you are recognized by a store as a repeat customer when you need service, and there are advantages at that point. We live in a large home on Palm Beach Island and have two Miele vacuum cleaners, which our housekeeper probably is a little too rough with when moving them around. Steve had taken care of them from time to time, and the Miele's hold up better than other vacuums. When we bought them while the prior owner had the store, and Steve was just the manager, the owner sold us lifetime service contracts. When Steve bought the store, he has continued to honor our contracts, even though he has no legal responsibility to do so. We have found his prices on repairs to be fair and reasonable. We recommend this store.

I called on NewYears Day (Friday afternoon) and left a voicemail about a refrigerator problem. I figured I wouldn't hear back until the following Monday. Forty minutes later Ron, the principal in the business, texted me. He asked me to send him a photo of the unit's identification plate, to help him determine if it's a type he could service. Great time saver for all involved! Minutes later he texts me back saying when he can arrive the next morning (Saturday) and explaining his charges. Saturday morning he calls to advise us that he would arrive in twenty minutes at the pre-appointed time. He arrived, masked and focused. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the defective part (which he had on his truck, thanks to his pre-call preparation), generated a bill, cleaned up and after a moment of friendly small talk was off to his next gig. We live in a relatively close knit single family home community and we will be sharing our experience as the opportunity presents itself. Thank you, Ron!!
