My wife and I are seasoned travelers but we still felt we needed help with things like where to stay in the Tuscany countryside and what to go once we were there. Judy was very knowledgeable in that regard. She didn't just give one option and stick to it as the only way; she was open-minded and discussed her views on the pluses and minuses of different places and experiences. We made decisions on things that felt right and the experiences we had as a result were wonderful. Specifically, she helped us with where to stay in Montalcino and Venice (she gave us a tip on a hotel there that was so memorable), a walking tour of Cinque Terre, different towns to visit in Tuscany, and renting a car, and on and on. We very much enjoyed her approach and help with our trip.

We live nearby and have been using this location for annual inspection, oil change and other…read moreregular maintenances. Today I brought in my 2020 RAV4 Hybrid (it has only 12,000 miles in it) for a regular oil change and tire rotation. About an hour in, they called us saying the car needs $500 work, which includes alignment, break fluid flush and differential fluid change. At the heat of the moment, we agreed but it didn't feel right. When I went to pick up the car, I raised my concerns. Apparently in 10/2024 during my annual inspection, this AAA already asked me to do break fluid flush, which I agreed that time. How is it possible for my RAV4 of 12,000 miles on it needs another break fluid flush within 9 months?!!! After I asked sternly, the front desk talked to the back manager and refunded me the break fluid flush cost of $123. I didn't have enough energy to ask about the differential fluid change, which I'm pretty sure is not necessary for 12,000 miles. The back manager/mechanic never came out to explain or apologize. The whole thing today feels like a scam. As loyal AAA members, we are highly disappointed and grossed out. I think I will reconsider if we are going to use this location for anything again.
