I booked travel arrangements with Bee Right Back Travel for my weekend trip to New York City and…read moreonce again for a summer vacation in the Dominican Republic. Both trips were planned meticulously and intentionally with my budget, schedule, and interests in mind. For my New York City trip, she ensured that my itinerary included scenic rooftop views, street festivals, where to eat the best bagel and pizza, restaurants with international vegan food, and off-the-radar finds in Brooklyn and Queens. Big cities like NYC can often feel overwhelming due to the endless options at hand, but Kellie made sure the experience was personalized both in terms of budget and unforgettable experiences - while always leaving room for spontaneity. In the Dominican Republic, I visited Puerto Plata where my friends and I did a catamaran excursion to Cayo Arena, explored historical sites situated in the town square, and tasted the local cuisine in places that were not your typical tourist-traps. Kellie made sure our trip remained authentic and culturally immersive. Bee Right Back Travel is not another generic travel agency; as a seasoned traveler and guide, Kellie is attuned to the needs of her clients and will go above and beyond to guarantee a unique and memorable experience. Will be booking again soon for my summer trips to Oslo and Berlin! Thank you, Kellie!

We worked with Cathy and while trying to decide on a destination (we had several on our list), were impressed at her in depth knowledge of what seemed to be everything related to traveling. She's very passionate and experienced as a traveler, as well as in her field as an agent. Her advice and insight definitely led us to feeling confident in all of our planning decisions. Cathy put together several itineraries for us and was always available, with a quick turn around time whenever we had any questions. Working with a travel agency can also be really pricey, but Carefree will work with you to customize a package that will fit within your budget. I especially appreciated Cathy's patience and all of the time she spent with us, whether it was communicating in person, on the phone, or email. Thank you again, Cathy, for making the planning of our honeymoon such a breeze.

The woman who said she could help me didn't even let me finish stating my problem (not even halfway through) when she just started nodding her head vigorously and saying she wouldn't help me. I walked out less than 5 minutes after I walked in. It was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional to not even let me ask her my question. Not to mention that when I walked in, there were about 4 people there but no one attempted to help me until after a solid 30 seconds of standing there like a deer in the headlights. I took my business elsewhere (to VeryBest Travel in Bonita, CA) and they were not only willing to solve my problem, but did so in less than an hour. It doesn't cost anything to be nice and to hear a customer out to see if you can help them. Obviously, my problem wasn't so "impossible" to solve that less than an hour later another travel agency was able to help me and did solve my problem. Needless to say, I will NEVER be returning here.
