In this age of "do it yourself" I want to say we could NEVER have done this well ourselves. Kathleen set up the flights (we splurged on first class for once), the hotel prior to our cruise, included a map of restaurants close to our cruise port, counseled us on travel insurance (we bought it and almost had to use it), helped us access shore excursions, etc. I've never been on a cruise, and Kathleen explained clearly what to expect, how to sign up for early or late dinners, and reserved us a perfect cabin near the center of the ship so we barely felt any movement. I totally recommend Kathleen and Regency for all travel needs. Less stress, more fun!
