We paid over $2,000 for the ticket for travel from March XX to April XX 2026 (less than a month). I had trouble checking in with my mom e-ticket through the app before she arrived at the airport. This was our first experience with Satrlux airline, and yes, their customer service is worse compared to Eve. If you speak English, I'm sure you can book the ticket directly through their website, but since my mom travels alone, she felt more comfortable booking through an agent, which I do not recommend. This agent was terrible -- they entered my mom's name incorrectly, which prevented me from checking in online. We arrived early at the airport, following her advice to check in and get a physical ticket, which was unnecessary since everything else could be done with just a QR code from the app, to avoid long waits. We arrived at 6:15 pm and had to wait in line until 8:30 pm for the check-in booth to open, while most people checked in earlier and only needed to drop off their luggage. We paid over $2,000 for my mom's ticket, and she couldn't get a good seat because those who checked in early were assigned seats first. If you want to avoid what my mom went through, stay away from this agency. They are the worst.

However if there is a business that can book it all why not use it. So I did use this website. So here's my story. I booked everything as in flight and accommodation for the Over water Suite in Tahiti. Joe Medina was on point!!!! On the first day out of LAX the airline's plane had a maintenance issue to the point we couldn't take off. They put us up in the Sheraton at Terminal 4 at LAX. They gave us food vouchers to get us through the delay. Here's the issue we had. The Overwater Suite was booked already and this delay would have us arriving 1 day later. He's what I didn't know until chatting with Joe. I thought they could put the missing day on the back end of our stay, it doesn't work like that. So we station get flights of on our own because this was a trip of a lifetime!!! We were able to get a flight out of SFO same day. Here's our problem, the accommodation we're not fixed on, nor the transport set up to get us to the Island. That's when I contacted Joe Medina from Tahiti.com, he fixed it all!!! To include the additional day missed from the travel delay. I also wanted to do something special while there, like a snorkeling adventure, Joe set that up!!! He also got us a refund from the airline tickets and set up new flights to get us back home. I can't speak for others and how their experiences went but this is my story. Btw Joe made this happen while I used my phone through emails!!! In my book Joe Medina is awesome!!! While we normally book our overseas travel wholly by ourselves, we opted for assistance in French Polynesia to help with the puddle jumpers, ferries, and water taxi transfers. Lisa Corso worked closely with us and catered to our preferences and needs. For example, while we're past the age of truly enjoying the bumps of an ATV mountain tour, she instead recommended a 4x4 tour of Moorea with a driver. We shared the experience with several other couples, and it ended up being a fantastic daylong outing. Also, snorkeling-with-whales adventure was a magical vacation experience. When we ran into an issue -- namely, being charged for a hotel dinner that should have been included -- we sent a quick text to Lisa, and she and her team worked with the hotel immediately to have it removed from our bill. Finally, Lisa was super-helpful in getting us to quieter venues that didn't cater to large cruise ships. In turn, we traded a stay in Bora Bora for additional days in the Le Taha'a resort -- one of the most impressive spa resorts where we've stayed. Thank goodness for her insight as our France trip had to be cancelled in March of 2020 due to Covid, we recovered every cent that was prepaid when we cancelled. This summer, we booked a 3 week trip to Italy for our family of five. I knew that I wanted to visit the Puglia region, Amalfi Coast, and Tuscany. Aside from these three general regions, I left it up to Vicki to help decide what cities within these regions to stay. We also wanted to have a car rental to explore but also travel by train because my husband loves to travel by train. Our 3 week journey went seamlessly well. We visited Matera, Bari, Lecce, Positano, Sorrento, Florence, Lake Como and Milan. Vicki made sure our car rental was large enough to fit our five carry ons suitcases and three teenagers for 11 days. Vicki suggested not having a rental car in Lake Como as it's better to use ferries to travel in the area. Our hotels was always centrally located to allow us to walk to restaurants and sights. When we took the train to our next destination, our hotel was within a7-10min walk from the train station. Transfers from train station to hotel was planned, transport from hotel to airport was set in place. Everything that needed to be planned, Vicki was on top of it. From reminding us to renewal our passports to obtaining an international driver license, no stone was left unturned. The best part of working Vicki is that she knows our family likes and dislikes and was able to help us planned a trip that fits our personalities and needs. We did not get a generic itinerary, our itinerary was carefully curated with Vicki's expertise in the region. Our accommodations were top notch, always centrally located, and close to transportation. Even after arriving in the various cities, Vicki was sending restaurant recommendations for each city we were at. It was reassuring to know that she knew where we were while on our trip and that she was a text/call away if needed. I'm grateful to have an amazing travel agent in Vicki. I didn't need to fill out any paperwork or take any pictures. Within 5 days they called me back and I picked up my passport and visa (sticker) inside. (I'm Vietnamese) you have to be Vietnamese to get the 5 year one I believe. I've recommended all my Viet friends who wants to visit Vietnam even though they said they're only going for a short time. Once you visit VN you'll more likely will go back next time etc. With a 5 years one, you don't need to keep getting a tourist visa everytime. This saves time and money.
