When we called them about the warranty, they said they would only send us the faulty glass inserts and that we would have to find someone to replace them. (so much for a warranty!!) So they rescheduled again. When I showed up, they tried to reschedule YET AGAIN- because there was SNOW IN MY TRUCK BED. I took the keys, backed it out to the edge of the parking lot, shoveled it out by hand, and then drove back in. They are finally doing it. I don't think these people have any sense of a work ethic, they were rude, and very pretentious. Just fix my window, please.
