That service was excellent. BUT then the tech waxed my eyesbrows. She ripped all of my hair off. She went beyond my brow line. I look like a bald headed chicken. When I brought it to the manager's attention, they refused to apologize or accept responsibility. They made up excuses and offered to reimbursed me $10 for the service. I asked to be compensated for my inconvenience. They refused. They've lost a loyal (8 year) customer for sure.

Some nails are different lengths and some are wider than others. White polish on my skin. Didn't even bother to trim dead skin. Not happy with the results and it costed 80$ not including tip. Not to mention the chairs they have at the nail desks you CANNOT move up closer to the table so you're literally sitting on the edge of your seat. No arm rests on the glass table tops definitely hurts your arms too. So no I do not recommend this salon for full sets. I would rather go to an independent nail artist next time. The service I received was good, and I really appreciated how welcoming the team was. However, my experience took a complete turn at the end. When it was time to pay, the manager came in and tried to charge me for a full 10-toe service when I only had one toe fixed. As I calmly tried to explain the situation, he became hostile, got in my face while I was holding my baby, and started yelling at me. It was completely unnecessary and honestly very uncomfortable. Thankfully, the other staff members stepped in, told him to back away, and acknowledged that he was wrong. They corrected the price, which I appreciated--but the damage was already done. No one should be approached aggressively, especially while holding their child. That interaction left a really bad taste in my mouth. While the staff and service were great, the manager's behavior completely overshadowed the experience. Because of that, I will not be returning.
