The service I received was good, and I really appreciated how welcoming the team was. However, my experience took a complete turn at the end. When it was time to pay, the manager came in and tried to charge me for a full 10-toe service when I only had one toe fixed. As I calmly tried to explain the situation, he became hostile, got in my face while I was holding my baby, and started yelling at me. It was completely unnecessary and honestly very uncomfortable. Thankfully, the other staff members stepped in, told him to back away, and acknowledged that he was wrong. They corrected the price, which I appreciated--but the damage was already done. No one should be approached aggressively, especially while holding their child. That interaction left a really bad taste in my mouth. While the staff and service were great, the manager's behavior completely overshadowed the experience. Because of that, I will not be returning.

They are always willing to work with you if you need to reschedule an appointment due to an emergency. They keep up with the colors and highlights that you like so that you don't have to! If they don't have the hair product that you like they will be more than happy to get it! I spend a lot of time out of town. But, one thing is for sure.
