Geico has lost my trust after they unjustly charged a friend and neighbor of mine for $9.99 because…read morethey claimed that she terminated her auto policy 'in an inappropriate manner'. My neighbor had called before her policy ended and her new policy was to begin. She terminated her Geico policy because Geico raised her 6 month policy twice in 1 year to $1000 for 6 six months. She is 89 and lives on a small monthly pension and her driving record is clean with no traffic tickets and no accidents. Geico even threatened to send the collection agency after her, which would ruin her credit record over $9.99. So, if you are looking for auto insurance and you enjoy watching Geico commercials on television, make sure you ask about Geico's terminating policy before you purchase their auto protection. I wouldn't want anybody to agonize over unjust billing or to be threatened with a collection agency.

With a new teen driver about to hit the road with a new car purchase in process, we needed flexibility, choice, and a multi-agency approach. We got the ball rolling through the website and Dave got back to us right away. He was a class act from the start. He asked great questions, clearly explained their services, and immediately got to work on quotes. During the review, he discovered our home was overvalued by the previous provider and our autos were underinsured. He found great rates and made the paperwork and transition painless. Switching our home & auto over to Pro Insurance Group not only lowered our home insurance premiums but also secured a fantastic rate on three cars, including our new teen driver's vehicle. Rising premiums are a fact of life, but working with Pro Insurance Group we increased our peace of mind and landed some real savings. Highly recommend!

We are independent, which means we are not tied to one insurance company. We represent more than 20 carriers and we compare them for you at every renewal, not just the day you sign up. That matters right now. Rates have moved a lot, and the carrier that was cheapest two years ago usually is not the cheapest today. We know this area. We write a lot of business in Huntley, Del Webb Sun City, Algonquin, Lake in the Hills and Elgin, so we have a real sense of what your neighbors are paying and which carriers actually want your home.
