Open communication has been GREAT and even provided a ballpark price quote! Very happy with them, and havent even brought my dress in yet! **CONTINUED** I am beyond impressed with this business. Long story short, my apartment complex lost my dress I ordered for my brothers wedding and I was scrambling to find a dress days before flying out to CA for my brothers wedding. I brought the dress in Friday afternoon, like 1:30/2PMish and had to bring the dress in significantly (ended up finding a dress last minute on FBMP a few sizes too big) and it was ready Tuesday evening after work! Its like it was originally made that size from the company! Beautiful work, flawless execution of this alteration. They had transparent communication around what they were gonna be doing and to say I am impressed is an UNDERSTATEMENT. I am shouting praise from the rooftops for this business and please dont keep hunting for dry cleaning/alterations.. THIS is your place!

Plus they picked up and delivered directly to/from our house. Meaning I didn't have to lug any clothes anywhere! I would recommend this service to families, business owners, daycare centers, and everyone in between. Excellent service and very competitive pricing. Thanks again!

First time…read moreat this location and I will certainly be back as service is needed. - Cleanliness of facility was 8.5/10 as it was quite busy but the attendant was seen maintaining the facility consistently throughout my time here as people were in and out. - Customer Service was a 10/10 as the attendant Danny was very knowledgeable with LaundroLab's products and procedures and he was very helpful with the payment process. - Amenities were also a 10/10 as majority of the machines were available and operating normally. They even had a incentive going on were detergent and fabric softener were already included in the machines until sometime next week; which I found to be very helpful as those are some of the important things needed to clean your clothes. This location offers 5 different sized washing machines that vary by weight of clothing (goes up to 85 lbs) to accommodate your loads. They have an app with the list of machines and you are able to add funds and receive notifications of when your clothes cycles are complete. It also allows for you to control some of the functions of the machine right from it as well. You can use your card and cash/coins to add funds. Some machines are still traditional if you are one that likes to still use coins. They have multiple sitting areas, tables and chairs, as well as a small playing/educational areas for small children. There are multiple tv's stationed around the facility as well. Also in the facility near the front counter, they have 3 separate vending machines that are filled with snacks, drinks, and laundry cleaning products. Lastly, which I think is most important; they have a promotion going on (not sure how long it lasts) where you add $20 and get $20 which was great because I had more than enough to come back and use next time. Overall this place is 10/10, very welcoming of all (as majority of the patrons were of Latino/Hispanic descent). I would definitely recommend visiting this location as it is one of many nicer updated/modernized Laundromats I have visited in the city!
