This was my experience for most dealers as one by one they refused to provide quotes, ghosted me or outright insulted me for daring to take their sh*tty quote and share it with another dealer to see if they were willing to beat said sh*tty quote. But Katharine at Faulkner was like a breath of fresh air compared to the two faced monsters at most of the other dealers. She was kind, genuine, responsive and great to work with through a process that I hated from the moment I reached out to my first dealership. I wish the car buying experience could be what Katharine provided for everyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend Katharine for your saleswoman and encourage anyone who is interested in buying a vehicle to ask for her by name if you want a car buying experience that all dealerships should strive for.

Visited friends in Langhorne and as we were leaving got a "wrench" indicator. Called local Ford--they couldn't take us. Went to Auto Zone and they diagnosed it as an issue with air flow. They highly recommended Thompson so we stopped in just to chat. When we explained we were basically stranded Len brought in his expertise and stated we needed a new throttle body assembly. They got the part quickly and after a few hours were able to get us on the road at a VERY affordable price. Needless to say they saved us money and time by allowing us to continue on our journey. Don't know if we'll make our way back again to this area but I can confirm they are the most professional, accurate and nicest family business we have used on the road (and we've logged 20,000 over the past ten months including a trip to Canada.) After Gallen's Texaco closed on West Chester Pike my family started going to Jim's for everything mechanically with our cars. We've always been treated like family and they were always amazing. Over the last couple of years, the customer service has gotten worse and worse. Horrible customer service. I've never been good with cars or understanding things with cars but the one employee is always rude and sarcastic. I've worked in some form of customer service for 16 years now, and I would NEVER treat a customer the way I've been treated. One by one my family has purchased new cars and have retreated to using their dealerships for things like oil changes. I was the only left using them. My brother got his new car, he took it else where. My parents started having engine issues after they would purchase gas from Jim's. They had to stop purchasing gas from them and has been under a study ever since with the car at their dealership. Don't waste your time here, and you can find gas cheaper anywhere. They are always more expensive then anyone around. Drive a few more miles into Havertown for really cheap gas at the Hess station.
